Keeping track of invoices and member sessions is a breeze. I love having a branded app to share homework with members and the ability to use it to help create community.

Also, their pay service integration sucks. It is very difficult to use them for bookkeeping and POS and I ended up just resorting to Square.

There is no where where I have consented to them renewing my contract at all. This is a complete scam and DO NOT use this this service at all.

Personal Trainer 

I was also given little to no guidance when I was having an issue with payments, not processing. Basically, everyone has to be manually charged if you have a service fee in place.

I have seen many food items input completely wrong, this could really put someone in a bad position when logging.

Easy to use product with a vast array of content; excellent after care from the designated account manager.

I really appreciate the ease of setup. It integrated nicely with our University software for easy syncing of Staff and Students.

The setup and support have been amazing. It was so easy to set up personal training packages and sign up new members.

I didn't have to do any app coding whatsoever, so that saved hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars in app developer costs. The scheduling software is pretty top notch.

For example, the client check-in is absolutely horrible. It consistently doesn’t work which leads to the doors ( front door and tanning) to not work properly majority of the time.
