Virtuagym was brought to me by one of their sales representatives who made me believe that the application would specifically meet all my expectations, such as the integration of the virtuagym calendar with my Google calendar.

It has a lot of feature that you can use with your clients and it gives you the chance to brand everything which is a plus when selling your services!

The sales team will mislead you and try yo get the sale over the line, I was told the app could do things that it couldn’t (even have the recording) and the sales team didn’t even hold their hand up and apologise, they just tried to shift the blame onto me and say I made assumptions, which was clearly wasn’t the case, as the recordings Cleary show.

There will only be a few things I'd change a out this app, clients and the public, being able to write reviews. If the virtual avatar can showcase the muscle this being used, have it highlighted.

They are a disgusting company that can't even pick up the phone and i will never return to using their software again.
