GetApp offers objective, independent research and verified user reviews. We may earn a referral fee when you visit a vendor through our links.
Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

“Such as not being able to set up limited memberships for the same period as a the billing cycle - i.e. our 6 class plan, they get 3 classes which renew each week & can't be used as they please through the billing cycle.”

Cons
“The inability to update as much of my website as I would like, however I am not sure that I would necessarily be able to do it on my own with out taking hours out of my day.”

“I have a continuous one right now where when I sent a waiver to someone’s email it gets stuck on gender and they can’t move out”
AB

Owner
“The team puts out a lot of fixes and new function, and afterwards, integrations sometimes break or don't function the way they used to.”

Owner
Cons
“In 8 months of using the platform, I had over 10+ issuses from customers not being able to access their profiles.”
Willie L.
Owner
“Compliance: Implementation of SMS 10DLC federal requirements was slow. When I raised the unlimited texting not working within the system—a problem that should have been addressed almost a year prior—they failed to inform me until the system failed entirely. While the platform promotes many features, the fundamentals needed to run my small Pilates studio were never reliably delivered. As I try to find a better solution, I have been GHOSTED by customer support.”
MU
Meghan U.
Owner President
“There aren't a lot of apps that I am able to integrate into my platform and the products tools are very limited.”
