“Frazer runs a little slow at times and likes to give unspecified error messages. When setting up customers with accounts to view and pay their balance you cannot put a rule in if they have other receivables, recurring fees or repair balance so it makes it difficult when a customer is set up on a biweekly or monthly pay schedule.”
