There were bugs that had been reported to support but they treated some them as 'feature requests' even though they're critical to prevent human errors or make the system less difficult to use.

New customers have to create and account and / or log in before being able to see prices so this puts off a lot of new customers

There needs to one customer service number with a person who can oversee the handling of the issue and facilitate the final resolution without having to call all over the place!!!

I also found the new tools as all in one POS that help a single stores to integrate door dash and control communications with the costumers trough marketing or txt communications.

You can add additional in less than 10 minutes of time, it is really great if you are adding stores with similar retail offerings.

The integrations require a little of software education, that can get a little confuse for maximum efficacy. But going over the manuals and video tutorial helps.

I'm a former software engineer and product manager and if I had run any of my products the way CleanCloud PMs seem to run CleanCloud, I would not have lasted long.

Certainly an upgrade from our previous, very outdated software. Although CleanCloud is modern and works on the cloud (which has been great), it could be more streamlined and intuitive in design. Because the software is cloud-based, it is good to know upgrades and fixes can be deployed as we move forward.

The layout is clean, allowing users to navigate without extensive training.

They are based in London so their response time sometimes lags.
