I analysed several softwares in the market, and Clean Cloud deliver all we need, easy to use for all our collaborators, nice Statistics reports and data base, nice guys solving issues timely.
Need Customer what you are doing now Does not Work It Is A pain Pont For Keeping Your Software.
It is easy and serves the purpose for which I want it for. I typically recommend it to colleagues as the Best Drycleaning Application in the world.
Lack of option to customize and there are no local address option while adding Customer Information.
The ease of access of this site is well worth the money. So far so good and I can not stress enough the importance of service as I will with Clean Cloud.
I found CleanCloud after trying two other platforms and being unsatisfied with them.
Excellent tool , the customer service and support is outstanding, our customers love the paperless operation.
You have no phone contact we have to email n some times u need assistance asap but u have to wait for email or someone to contact you back.
They add on features every 2 to 3 weeks and take customer feedback into account while developing new features. Support TAT and quality is awesome.

Anytime I have questions or need help, someone is always there to help and walk me through the steps. Setup is also very easy and they help with most of it.
Still I dont know if my client receive the quote email. There is a receipt/delivered message missing on quotes and invoicing.
Everything was easy to use and the system had a great lay out and the support system was wonderful.
Forced up to a level not justifiable for a small business. In particular because using the program was costing me time not saving me time.
Geelus is crucial and a key part to our success. We are thankful for the program and appreciate the immediate response time when a question arises from their customer support.
There is no option to manage the allocation of tasks to individual employees or employee work rosta.
They will do it almost everything to set up your Geelus and works perfectly to your business. I really recommend this product specially for those who start their businesses.

Especially on the new Geelus platform that they Introduced to me and currently using now. I really love the new Geelus on how the Report works and monitor my profit.

I understand why SMRT doesn't have customers fill out a ticket before we pick it up - it's confusing and they don't know the difference between specific items.
The big difference for me with SMRT was not that everything was perfect on day one, but that the company actually cares when I have an issue and helps me resolve it in a timely manner.
About the only thing in transition that proved difficult was the adding descriptions on every item again.
Super easy to use, lots of valuable features, very good support, route app is great, customer communication platform is the best.
The only thing missing is SMRT does not have A mobile app.
There are so many amazing features but what I love most is they will create whatever you need (within reason of course).
Integration took just a couple days. There isn't much we don't like.

The software is very easy to use and the user interface is very friendly and intuitive. The billing system is a lifesaver and the report system with customer trends, sales and revenue is very useful.
The payment reconciliation feature does not work propertly with razorpay and paytm payment gateway. Pickup Delivery Module User Interface is very poor.
The point of sale integration is great help to track and manage all necessary updates. Another good thing about software is it is customised and can be changed according to our need.
Right now one is guided by QDC team only and if one wants to implement something different then its difficult.
The reporting system of the software is very good. It helps to improve the overall control and monitoring business with good customer service.
It's hard to go to back page ,that's the only con I've observed till now.
It has been a blessing using QDC, absoultely easy to use and have amazing features. I have been able to control prilfereges to an extent of 90.
It doesn't support Card Machines to automatically capture payments into the software.
It is an excellent solution for dry cleaning businesses looking to streamline their operations and improve customer service.

This program we have been using it more than 20 years. This is the best POS for the dry cleaner is The best user interface easy-to-use , best support you can get.
If you are not using this product you are losing money.
We have been using Comca Systems for over 10 years and love it. Kim has been great to work with, accommodating our needs and troubleshooting any issues.
Perhaps my mistake because I lease instead of purchase, but what I pay every 3 months seems high for what I use it for.
It is programmable to change button configurations and personalizes the experience for the administrator(s) to have the best ease of use when operating your businesses every day needs.
Basically nothing, because whenever a significant problem is found the programmer fixes it quickly.
You can set and change any function according to your needs at that time. The reports give you ease of tracking not only revenue but customer loyalty.
However, Comca just runs and there is rarely a need for support.
I guarantee there is no company out there that can offer both the ease of operation and customer service that Comca can. We have been absolutely 110% satisfied with setup, training and tech support.
Comca is very user friendly, it was simple to train the staff on the new software. The software has many great features, as well it can be customizable to suit your business needs.

Overall the experience is great and has all features , and customer service is also very good.
The program connects very slowly, maybe its problem with slow cloud.
User friendly, every information on top of your finger. Back end support always on their toes to help.
Minor problem occurs multiple times.like double ID creating.
Given the experience of team i this area they certainly have taken care of each and every thing in the product and keeps on improving it as time passes.
No any, I need Birthday and anniversary data options for customer.

The support has been amazing. I truly believe that without this easy do you system I would not have been able to survive in this changing industry.
