“There is absolutely no reason to have the need for you client to pre confirm any appointment more than the one that is coming up and I was absolutely shocked this function even exited, could you imagen getting 12 emails from a business asking to to pre confirm all your appointments, especially from an email address that you had never heard of, my mind was blown, I advised them they needed to change this function so it won’t happen to any one else, their response was it was my fault because I hit the create and confirm button instead of the just create button, the create button was not working because it was unresponsive”

“so it was randomly creating appointments where they shouldn’t be and blocking out the wrong time, there are so may bugs in the system it’s is unbelievable and the customer service is awful, their answer to everything is to try and blame you for the system faults and have not intentions of fixing anything. ”
