We can do email marketing memberships it's amazing.

The more services a client has to choose from, the more confusing it can be. I also don't like that you have to opt-out of them marketing to our own clients for us.

The extra charges on the merchant for membership I think it is too much.

I love the integration with Square and Goggle Calendar.

I don't like that the Add-on feature will not add TIME to a service. This has been addressed to MassageBook by a lot of therapists, and they have no plans to change it.

I found clients had some trouble navigating the screens. It was easy if it brought you right to a service or provider but searching around and navigating became a bit troubling.

I have been extremely happy with this app and the low cost for small business owners.

No software is perfect and I think fhere are some features that could be added (like more than one employee or location and maybe website integration) but for the solo practioner it is amazing.

Again I am paying someone to explain to them that they need to cancel first, and then reschedule. Some don’t want to cancel in the event the new time is not available.

Very little options for editing messages that go out to clients. It automatically tells them to call to cancel/ reschedule.
