    Pros
    And the rest I do with MassageBook. There is no other platform for me. I also LOVE that when I have a question, I get a live person on the phone who is patient, knowledgeable, polite and kind.
    My overall experience has been very good. Customer support is excellent and MassageBook is definitely customer friendly.
    My clients frequently comment on the ease of use and their appreciation for the appointment reminders. I also like the fact That I can control so many settings and features.
    Cons
    The more services a client has to choose from, the more confusing it can be. I also don't like that you have to opt-out of them marketing to our own clients for us.
    The extra charges on the merchant for membership I think it is too much.
    I don't like that the Add-on feature will not add TIME to a service. This has been addressed to MassageBook by a lot of therapists, and they have no plans to change it.
