I have been using MassageBook for several years, although I only upgraded to the Pro version about 18 months ago, and the extra services included in the Pro version makes it is well-worth the expense!   Plus, the customer service is top-class.  

I love how easy it is to navigate the system, everything included in one price, customer support has been fantastic through my transition, and card/payment processing and payments is easy to understand and connect.

I tried with and without spaces, and even with the latter effort coming well-under the stated char-count, it wouldn't accept the text (I did try filling out the rest of the fields and saving and the char-count warning remained and it wouldn't save).

I was really impressed with the 1 to 1 video call that was including in my plan so I could actually speak to a human face to gace as ask all the newby questions I could.

The thing I like least about MassageBook is the lack of importing capabilities.

Some things are a little confusing eg; setting up alternating days open on a weekend - one week Sat work hrs and Sun off and the next weekend reversed. But they're customer service is always willing to help you to understand and complete what you need to get done.

I would like to see each time and service listed like my 30,60, and 90 min some people forget to scroll over and think I only offer a 30 min for a certain service but most people know to click the arrow to navigate.

Yes, the features and functionality are incredibly powerful,  but what really sets Massage Book apart from the other apps is their stellar customer service.

Massagebook has very limited options for different practioners (eg. osteopath, kinesiologist)The SOAP notes format are low quality and non-customizable, you could not make your own intake forms, support rarely assisted me with any issue when I had one. Would not recommend to anyone except a beginner in their industry.

I have no idea who created this software but I would love to shake their hand because everything makes sense, everything is where you expect it to be and there's no weird buttons in order to try to find other things, nothing is hidden under weird categories, for example, if a client walks in off the street and wants to buy product and they've never been there before you click the button sale and then click at the top where it says make a new sale and it's got a bar scanner so you scan the product and you have the option of entering a client's name and phone number or just cashing out.

Just a few features we have submitted that are important for us but we don't have a streamlined way of keeping track of them or knowing if they will be implemented.

They have an extensive FAQ that walks you through every single feature and process.

It would be a game changer if we were allowed to edit purchase orders to the extent of - adding invoice numbers, changing prices we were charged if we purchased items on sale, allow the same product to be assigned to multiple vendors, etc.

I also like that there is a way to jump to 4,6,8 weeks from a certain date for scheduling purposes.

Furthermore, Mangomint does not keep track of deposits paid in an easily accessible way, so checkout in these situations is very problematic with us searching through client history for previous deposits paid, and doing math at the checkout desk.
