What is OrderUp?

OrderUp is a self-ordering kiosk software designed to help restaurants set up self-service portals at counters or tables to manage sales, revenue, marketing, and other operations. The application enables businesses to accept orders, process payments, track orders, and display products on a unified portal.

OrderUp includes a best sellers section, which lets supervisors define custom parameters, such as the number of products and sales to automatically analyze sales and order data and display popular products to customers. It offers a host of features including loyalty account identification, customizable categories, text notifications, date filters, pricing management, credit card processing, and more. The application also displays trending products, past purchases, and automated suggestions to customers at the time of ordering.

OrderUp enables administrators to configure data synchronization, taxes, help icons, images, and other settings to streamline the ordering and assigning of tables. It also supports integration with various scanners and SalesVu and Square point of sale (POS) applications to facilitate barcode scanning and processing of payments.
