The core Perfect Fit offering includes modules for customer management, order tracking, invoice generation, general ledger, inventory control, and commission calculation. The built-in customer database allows businesses to track customer history and view all pending and previous orders for each client. The order management module within Perfect Fit facilitates order entry and order tracking, with information on shipping addresses, item numbers, quantities, shipping couriers, discounts, linked documents, and more.
Additional modules available for Perfect Fit include production tracking, accounting, reporting, and forms. The production module allows businesses to generate and print cut tickets to track raw materials and record material usage, whilst the reporting module facilitates the creation of custom summary reports on key metrics.
