QVALON overview
What is QVALON?
QVALON is a cloud-based in-store audit and task management software designed to help businesses across retail, restaurants, banks, and various other sectors conduct inspections, monitor issues, and manage staff members.
QVALON enables supervisors to evaluate ongoing processes by creating checklists and setting up parameters and assessment criteria for individual questions. Auditors can calculate assessments based on check results and add photos or comments to support the findings. Managers can prepare tasks for every non-compliant issue, add deadlines, and track their completion status. With the photo reports feature, users can record and organize images to check the quality of compliance, create claims, and highlight violations using the built-in editor.
QVALON’s analytics module allows store owners to determine the number of checks performed, respond to violations, and build units or store rankings. Supervisors can design and conduct surveys, letting staff members select predefined options, add custom responses, or upload files to provide information.
