Ready Hub is a dealership workflow platform that integrates inventory management, trade appraisal, and delivery coordination. It orchestrates the complete vehicle lifecycle from acquisition to final customer delivery. Developed by Dealer by Design Inc for Canadian dealerships, the software addresses operational challenges in the automotive retail sector where fragmented systems can hinder vehicle throughput and oversight. The platform replaces multiple point solutions with a unified framework that enhances workflow accountability and visibility.

The Inventory Management module tracks vehicles from initial arrival through reconditioning to frontline ready status. Automated tracking affords visibility into repair and preparation stages, enabling stakeholders to monitor progress in real time. The Trade Workflows module standardizes appraisal and trade-in processes with structured task assignments to remove bottlenecks and maintain deal momentum. The Delivery Coordination module governs final handover activities through task tracking, accessories management and customer portals that support document sharing between dealership personnel and purchasers. Automated notifications direct responsibilities to specific team members for each workflow phase.

Ready Hub integrates with major dealership management systems and marketplace platforms for seamless data exchange and reporting. It connects with PBS Systems, Keyloop and GM LPO for dealer management and specialized reporting integration. In-dealership tools such as KEYper Systems, TrueSpot, Carpraze and QQuote interface with workflow tasks to maintain coordination across existing technology infrastructure. Marketplace platforms D2C, Cars Commerce, HomeNet and Dealer Inspire receive inventory data for automated syndication.

Deployment follows a four phase onboarding program that begins with system provision and sales consultation. Designated dealership champions configure modules and customize settings. Team members complete training in preparation for production launch. Ongoing support is available after go live to address operational needs and maintain system performance.
