Shopmanager Review

So far it seems that it will be a good tool once I know it more.

Pros

I'm just now learning the Shopmanager system. It seems a little complicated at first but makes sense the more you are in it.

Cons

There are some bugs that still need to be worked out, but the team is very helpful and assists us with any issues.

Overall I like where it is heading and once the bugs are worked out it will be a great product.

Pros

I like that when everything is working it is pretty easy to use.

Cons

I wish it had a few more features to help the business, like hiding part numbers and real time number on what jobs make.

Offroad Addiction Office Manager

Shop manager is a new software and with new software's you have possible issues that need to be tweaked. Well, I have never met a team of guys that work tirelessly to make sure we are taken care of. I would easily recommend this software to any shop.

Pros

I like that the app allows us to access info for customers tickets basically anywhere. My techs can bring the info up on their phones and update to the sales counter. I also like that the system is easy to use not complicated at all.

Cons

There is one aspect I wish was working right now and that is the bill pay feature, I do know that the software is bringing updated daily and will soon be able to let me access the bill pay feature. [sensitive content hidden] do an amazing job helping us at a moment's notice and are always working hard to take care of any questions and concerns.

Like it but don’t love it

It has been a nice system and if it could keep up with the amount of work we produce it would be a really good system.

Pros

I like how everything is stored in one system and easily accessible.

Cons

When in the system it will kick you out of a work order you are in and when trying to save notes or anything in a work order it will not save and make you write it all over again.

Pros

Shopmanager is getting to be one of the most complete CRMs out there for our industry. Even has payroll built in.

Cons

Its been a bit glitchy switching from pc to android to iphone at times.

Modernized our tint business!

I cannot imagine doing this business without Shop Manager. It really has allowed us to focus on the bigger picture of the business knowing the smaller details and daily management are all handled and accessible from anywhere.

Pros

Shopmanager allowed us to update several antiquated processes in our business. Giving us workorders, invoicing, customers and their history, products, staff, payroll and much more into one easy to use program.

Cons

We have been with Shopmanager since the beginning, so there were growing pains. Such as bugs, server issues and features not properly working after updates, however the team was always responsive when issues arose and communicated well whenever a fix might take more than just a few minutes.

ShopManager Review

Pros

It has really streamlined our customer intake and job tracking. Anyone in the company can take a look at the Job Board and know exactly what is going on at the shop or what is scheduled to come in.

Cons

Since we have been using ShopManager through out development there were small issues or functions that did not work initially but those have all been worked out as new updates have come out.

Pros

Very simple and easy to use. Email and text features are very handy.

Cons

There are few pop up when entering a customers address and when checking out a customer that could be addressed.

I have had a very positive experience with Shop Manager since we started using it.

Pros

The ease of being able to learn everything quickly. The system is fairly simple and easy to use.

Cons

There were a few issues at first but most of those have already been worked out. The Company over this App is always there to help if there are any issues. That by itself makes a huge difference.

There's finally a system customized to our needs and far better than Quickbooks.

Cons

Not much to dislike. Our company help build the system which did take a while. Well worth it.
