Task completion events automatically update billing records and unit availability status to ensure data consistency across the platform.

The reporting dashboard presents live metrics on occupancy, revenue performance, arrears and collections with drill down analysis across individual sites and unit categories. A centralized communication hub consolidates customer messages from diverse channels and links them to the relevant account. Automated workflow triggers execute actions based on configurable conditions and historical records provide comprehensive audit trails. Deployment typically occurs within days and migration support is available for operators transitioning from existing systems. Flexible deployment options include cancellable terms and custom arrangements to address specific operational requirements.
