Pros and cons

I have had a great experience with it. Communication is key and with this amount of clientele and volume, it is important to be able to reach and be reached.
Love the ability to reach my clients when they are not available by phone (in meetings, with clients, etc).
I love how easy it is for interracting with customers that can be reviewed by our who management staff so everyone is on the same page.
Sometimes it is a bit slow to respond. I don't think this has anything to do with Text2Drive, but more a network problem.
Hard to make my own templates. Sometimes seems a little glitchy.
A little difficult finding work orders to attach video and photos to.
