Pros
The overall benefit to it is that we have a secure local to save all the application instead of having to hunt down a recorded call.
Ease of use, information available anytime at my fingertips. Loved the ability to communicate with lenders directly from site.
I have found that overall this is a good platform. I like the overall UI and ease of use.
Cons
No real APIs, no customization, very slow, difficult to use. Not modern and will not work with most other softwares.
Sometimes the software can crash with some regularity.
You have to pay for everything. It has limited internal capabilities.
