Not great at integration with other system, can cause a lot of extra work if you’re running a busy salon as lack of integration is causing unnecessary wait of time (dealing with double booking)

And treatwell needs to stop bombarding customers with booking reminders for example if i tap a client by accident and move thir appointment down by 5 mins they will get a text stating your booking has been changed this is unnecessary

However, it does tailor to more high-end services and the database they have may be limited depending on the country you live in.

The team are friendly and always on the other side of the phone to help you with any issues.
