Vagaro now allows my schedule to run pretty much itself, reminds clients about upcoming appointments, and reduces cancellations to simple conversations, rather than long drawn-out ones.

Even after I had already performed the service, they insisted on holding the funds. When I contacted customer service, they blamed an onboarding issue with my medical director and even asked for his personal password from another account something completely unprofessional. After I expressed my frustration (politely, without any rude behavior), I received an email stating they were dropping my account entirely and refunding all charges to the clients I had already serviced. If these had been new clients with no prior relationship, I could have easily lost thousands of dollars.

Clients also had issues logging into their account, or their appointments not showing up on their account, and yes, we would verify that they were using the correct login.

I love that you can book online at anytime during the day and see the schedule and appointment calendars at a glance.

There are times when I will attempt to export a large group of appointment data and it takes longer than I would like.

I would like to see more options for customization, such as the ability to add to-do lists and more detailed reporting features.

Their customer support is amazing! While most other EMR customer support teams struggled to understand the obligations I have regarding patient care, they were more than willing to reschedule appointments.

My commissioned employees clock in and out and their hours are not reflected on the payroll report, causing state taxes to be underpaid and putting my business at risk.

I asked that they help me set up SOAP notes, and they were more than willing to walk me through "another" FREE tutorial class!

Vagaro will randomly delete client profiles, but keep their appointments, so when you go to check them out you actually have to delete the appointment altogether and re-add them to the database.

I use Vagaro to book classes and navigate my membership with a local pilates gym.

It shows when scheduling is available for the provider.

All they do is give you links to articles on their customer support page and take days, sometimes even weeks to respond to you regarding ongoing issues.

It's a bit costly but cinsidering the value Vagaro offers, we do not mind using the application.

It was very difficult to switch from Square to Vagaro because of this. When clients would book appointments, it would go to my Square Appointment Setter because Vagaro would not integrate with Goodgle, which was so odd to me.

The site didn't work for me and they weren't going to refund me even though I didn't finish setting up my account and never even used it.

Then from my understanding if you didn't click to continue the trial period, you were no longer getting the service. Yet I am being asked to pay $40.00, $35.00 plus a late fee, for service used in June. But my trial period was end of May to June, so this put me off.

Also sometimes appointments would show that weren’t available so two people would book the same spot, or no one would be able to book at all and the spot would go unfilled.
