There seems to be some issues with integration between the desktop version and the mobile version. When at the spa on the desktop which is hard wired to internal servers within the location, on sporadically for random clients I'm not able to load the profile information, yet for the same client/appointent I am able to open it from a mobile device that is on the same server wifi.

The screen windows sometimes come up out of view, for example when opening my client schedule for the day only 1/4 of the schedule "window" is viewable to the far right of my screen and the rest is cut off with no ability to scroll or swipe over.

As someone who's worked in Marketing for sometime, across many different booking platforms, I can attest to Zenoti's outstanding capabilities as a business and booking management software that streamlines everything... and also includes advanced marketing capabilities.

Multiple follow-ups were required, and the issue escalated into a billing dispute. While the software itself may work for some organizations, billing transparency and cancellation execution were deeply problematic.

Billing and cancellation handling. Despite providing clear written notice and receiving acknowledgment from Zenoti, my account continued to be charged after the stated cancellation date.

In our last software, we would have to upload photos from our devices that weren't always of similar alignment, so this was a gamechanger for us.

It made it incredibly difficult to do the simplest of tasks and the system overall is incredibly dated in its backend, customer bookings and UX.

Zenoti helps our business stay functioning with the appropriate forms, patient profile, online booking options for the clients, as well as an awesome support team to help navigate through the software with additional changes and needs.

It is not intuitive at all, and even simple things like finding reports or pulling your own files are overly complicated.

Usually after I switch calendar/schedule layout views a couple times then it will come up like it's supposed to.

Sometimes the platform can glitch since you are handling a CRM and POS under one platfomr

Limitations on transactional text communications with guests, as we cannot send the same text to multiple guests as part of our follow-up efforts.

I transferred from BLVD to Zenith due to it having more user friend UI for the client, and much more customizable.

With as glitchy and unpredictable even the basic functions seem to be I would be nervous to even try utilizing some of the more complex features.

Zenoti team is really helpful and the product is perfect for SPA owner like me, it helps my day to day business in many ways
