Chorus has a very special control in terms of recording and saving calls, which simplifies the procedures for accessing previous calls when needed, by means of records that include all contact information such as time and date, as well as the name of the member who made the call.

There are some calls where Chorus doesn't identify the participants in them, which is a challenge when reporting on call insights and the trackers that we've set up to identify certain things for both reps and customers.
