EasyPQQ is a cloud-based document authoring system which enables users to create and approve documents, manage projects, store certifications and policy documents, manage bids and submissions, and more. The software can be used across a range of industries, including construction, security, recruiting, healthcare, legal, financial services, and consulting, and is designed to streamline the process of completing a variety of bid types, such as RFI, RFP, RFQ, ITT, and PQQ.
EasyPQQ includes a text editor which allows users to create documents from scratch, with tools for adding numbered or bulleted lists, creating or importing tables, inserting and editing images, and spell checking text. Users can track changes and leave comments on documents, with multiple team members able to work concurrently on submissions. Pre-qualification, proposal, bid, and tender documents can all be automatically populated with existing content, and users can review and approve content before it is published. Multiple versions of CVs, evidence, and case studies can also be created and stored in EasyPQQ, with multiple indexed versions all in standard formats.
EasyPQQ’s project management tools allow users to control the document authoring process while also creating proposals, by assigning tasks to writers and reviewers, setting deadlines, monitoring progress, issuing reminders, and generating reports. Project and document statuses can be tracked in real-time, with a traffic-light system for identifying sections or questions requiring further input. The search engine built into EasyPQQ enables users to find and reuse previously-created content, and can suggest responses for PQQs or tender document based on previous answers.
