Great to start with, but I now use Zoho CRM.
Practical software for CRM management. It is very easy to use and there isn't a huge learning curve for new users switching from another software.
Not as good as Zoho CRM for cost. Zoho CRM includes more options and more complete CRM tools.

The best part is it's ease of use and set up. Easy to sell to customers because HubSpot CRM is free.
Difficult to see that it is a full crm compared to Salesforce . Customers can't really understand that a free crm can be a full crm

Our experience with HubSpot CRM has been nothing but super positive and has allowed us to increase revenue per contact by 60%!
The functionality of HubSpot CRM is excellent and allows our team to filter, sort, and generate prospecting lists fast so that we can get through more contacts per day! Mobile access is a huge benefit!
HubSpot CRM is the best CRM we've used in years, you can't find anything you don't like!

I really like that it can track when a customer opens an email, as well as being able to access all of the customer contact information.
This CRM does Everything, from tracking emails, to keeping all the contacts for one company, as well as keeping track of every phone call and email that is sent to a potential client
There is a lot contained in this CRM, it takes some time to learn and mast the use of this CRM

I grew my software company from 10 leads per month to 300. It literally changed my life.
HubSpot is born out of the inbound methodology, a highly effective approach to lead generation. They have built an end-to-end marketing and sales platform based on that methodology. Nobody else comes close. I trust them immensely to continue to innovate along that mission.
SMS in the CRM, android CRM app has limited functionality, not a fan of the wait time between product announcements and rollout

Definitely start using Hubspot CRM if you are not already using a CRM!

I can't think of any cons to using this software, Honestly, I think the only reasons people use paid CRMs would be for niche website integration and higher levels of reporting.

My overall experience with Hubspot CRM is too good because I'm using this CRM for 9 month+ and I do not face any problem with this CRM.
Free Storage, workflow, landing pages, and a very nice dashboard system to use easily.

I've used Hubspot products over the years, and I'm always amazed at the quality. Hubspot's CRM is no different.
When a free software is as good as or better than the paid versions out on the market then you definitely have a winner. I was trying to keep up with prospects on a spreadsheet and it was a pain. Hubspot CRM makes it easy for me to organize all of my prospects and keeps up with all of my touch points during the marketing process. What a change over that spreadsheet!
I don't have any complaints about Hubspot CRM.

Strong ecommerce analytics. Marketing tools were very strong. Account rep did a good job understanding my business before our meeting.
Not a true CRM. The software lacked some enhanced CRM tools that we were looking to implement. More marketing focused than true sales management tool.

Hubspot CRM is really intuitive. The interface is really easy for users and adminstrators! You have so many capabilities within the platform to manage contacts, generate leads, track sales, etc. It's a great platform for any SMB

I am highly satisfied with this CRM as HubSpot is very popular these days whether its Website or CRM, It offers trust, ease and loads of features. This is new age CRM which helps organization from end to end closure of sales (Right from Lead Capture to Lead Closing/Sales).
There are lots of features like lead capturing, data analytics and reports, Sales funnel, Sales Insights and Forecasting. I personally like the ready made templates for the replies which is available in the CRM for quick reach. Also, able to communicate within the CRM & Docusign is the top notch feature.
One of the best CRM available as SaaS Solution but it's bit pricy compare to other CRM available. Looking to the features, this can be overlooked.

HubSpot CRM is free and definitely worth a test drive for anyone considering a new CRM.
HubSpot CRM is incredibly easy to use and seamlessly connects with third party apps, though I'd also recommend the HubSport marketing platform. My team is able to track and link everything they need throughout the sales process.
HubSpot CRM lacks some helpful customization options such as a merge tool and search filters to limit information displayed to relevant fields.

Our overall experiance with the prodcut is very good we are happy with the product but if they look after the pricing part it will be the best product in the market.
Lead management format is very cool and effective where we don't need to segregate leads manually the best filters given and custom filters are best.
Big cons is subscription its a higher end of the CRM what we feel like the local CRM is good but not the best as HUB is

The customer service I received from Maria Lopez was fantastic. Her knowledge of their CRM, understanding my business needs, and merging the two together was superb! She went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations which really showed me that both she and FreeAgent CRM appreciates my business.
FreeAgent CRM isn't the cheapest CRM system out there, but they certainly make it worth every penny with their level of customer service, dedication and support.

It’s been fantastic from the product to the people. I couldn’t ask for more from a CRM solution.
FreeAgent’s out-of-the-box integrations (email, phone, and calendar) centralize everything into one place. My team loves using it, it makes them more productive, and as a result I have the visibility I need across all our prospects and customers. As we grow, our teams and processes will change and I refuse to re-implement another CRM in 12-months time. FreeAgent’s platform can manage my existing use case, and we’ve already roadmapped other areas to consolidate onto their platform.
Nothing major. I do wish FreeAgent was around when I created my 1st startup years ago, but I don’t hold that against them.

You don't offered the principal problems with the companies. For example: send test mailings, send more 30 emails for campaign. Your integrations are not direct with other products

We just got started with FreeAgent and finished up the creation of it, data imports and training. I've also trained one staff member so far in using the system. We are so amazed with FreeAgent and so happy we decided to go this route for our data needs. Every person that we have spoken and worked with during this purchase and implementation process has been more than helpful. We have no regrets!
The data management and how it plays in to reporting the data is amazing! The previous CRM software we used was amateur compared to what FreeAgent offers!
The only thing I can see so far as a downfall is the need to know Java script to be able to add certain features/filters. Thankfully the team is super helpful and more than willing to add these additional features for us!

I have never asked more from a company. Our CRM needs were very different than the typical sales model. I chose FreeAgent because their team seemed willing to work with me to make the changes I needed for my unique circumstances. When shopping for the CRM, other companies told me they would charge thousands of dollars to train me how to build a system to fit my unique needs. FreeAgent CRM said they would be happy to build what I need at no extra cost. They have done just that and exceed my expectations every day. This robust system has everything I need and I appreciate its beautiful design.
Choosing FreeAgent CRM is the best decision I made this year. They have worked with me to make their CRM the exact fit I needed for a growing franchise. I have never worked with another company that is so responsive to my requests and needs. Every day I am amazed at how willing they are to make improvements to meet my needs and their team always teaches me how I can personalize the program to our unique circumstances. They take the time to understand my need and then go to work to find a solution.
I love the product so much that this is difficult for me to answer, but the two things I am hoping to someday have is a #hashtag feature for being able to search activities by topics and to someday be able to have texting also documented in the system. (I think I just thought of how this can be done simply!)! And another request is born....

Overall, I'm really happy with the service and product we are receiving with FreeAgentCRM. Our college was starting from scratch with no real...
After an extensive review of potential CRM solutions to fit the needs of our admissions and recruitment team, we decided on FreeAgentCRM because of the flexibility to integrate with other solutions we were already using and how well it tracks the various interactions we have with a prospective student and applicants.
Our biggest requirement was that the CRM integrate with our existing Student Information System, and while the integration has taken longer than anticipated (by no fault of FreeAgentCRM or its team) we are on track to be fully implemented in time to test and prepare for the upcoming semester and open enrollment period. The FreeAgent CRM team have been extremely understanding and accommodating to the multiple hurdles we've encountered with trying to integrate to a complex system with minimal API documentation.

In general, the CRM is very nice. I love the fact that you get one on one training with the team and they listen to you so they can make all the modifications to the CRM. I have looked at so many CRMs to use with my Insurance Business (from home) and even though I am still in the process of customizing it I am very optimistic the final result will work well with my workflows.
I like the interface, its very appealing visually speaking. Usability is very good. I like the fact that you can do so many integrations like Mail chimp and Zapier.
It does not allow to integrate power dialers. The integration process is time consuming, but I guess is worth it if you want an end product that works with your workflows.
