Unable to integrate with VanillaSoft CRM, so I utilize Textdrip for this function.

The disposition tags and automatic actions are a little redundant or maybe I just haven't figure out how to use them to their best benefit.

I like the drip marketing feature and the fact that it allows me to work smarter, not harder.

Blocks people for certain words out of context such as "I am trying to opt out of my employer coverage" recognizing "opt out" and blocking them.

The VM can be difficult at times when sending drip  VM's; a lot of mouse motion why not have it integrated right on the dialer instead of launching a separate applet?

The mobile app does not allow you to be able to disposition a lead so that the automatic drips can start.

I wish there were integration where you could send an immediate email like you can an SMS message, there are times I'd like to have that function.

I like that I can have leads come in, be automatically dispositioned and sent a text before I even come into the office and login.

Haven't availed myself of the new training videos which I'd recommend for any new user.

The making of disposition tags is kind of confusing, even when I took the training multiple time. If a simpler way to that could be rolled out, that would be great.

I am pulling about 1-2 sales a month off of isales & I religiously add 10+ prospects a day.

There doesn't seem to be programming in place to block/stop any drip text messages from going out if the phone # is bad/bounce back.

I was considering switching to another CRM or Pairing Salesforce with VOIP and SMS software, but what you get with iSales is better value as an all-in-1 platform.

I wish sometimes It would not "auto-block" leads based on certain keywords, but other than that, I have no complaints.

Really quite positive experience as it seems to "answer" all the steps needed to receive, develop and track a lead from inception to finish or "the sale."

Especially like the campaign  option.    

iSales can get fairly expensive if you bulk text leads and use it all day everyday, but for what it does, it is worth the money.

Sometimes my texts don't deliver, and I wish I knew which ones, hope I don't get charged, and wish I could re-drip them.

The fact that it continues to drip AND charge for landlines and failed texts is what I dislike most.

TextDrip subscription is very affordable ($10 per month) and messages are inexpensive ($0.01 per text) and drip messages stop immediately after you have received a response to prevent you from spending unnecessary money.

I found the system easy to use and that potential clients did respond.

Deliverability is very term-sensitive, Which ins't necessarily a Text-Drip specific issue, But can be very frustrating.
