Extremely flexible system to accomodate several different types of sales commissions within the same sales team.

I contacted them to purchase their product and Matt called me back. He left a message basically telling me my company was too small. I called their sales team 3 times and left messages asking for a return call. They don't have the foresight to know that just like Walmart, Home Depot, McDonalds were all small at one time. Heck even Qcommisions was small at one time. They obviously have no idea on how to treat new prospect/ clients.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable programming staff and responsive customer service team. Able to customize QCommission to satisfy the requirements for many unique situations. Custom orders paid for in previous periods, even previous years, and applied to current period sales orders and invoices, the team worked to configured a field that allowed completed date to be read. Queries were configured...
Time for contact is limited because of QCommissions being in California and the site in Dallas, TX but Customer service was flexible and able to arrange time.

The QCommission application is highly adaptable to the needs of clients irrespective of the number of tiers and complex plans. Our accounting firm was able to assist our client via the highly skilled project managers at QComission, and were able to implement a full commission system in a short while. We no longer have to maintain dozens of excel spreadsheets, nor do we have to perform tedious calculations that often times exposed us to input errors. The Qcommission application has saved us dozens of hours of manual work, and our client is pleased with the results!!

Ease of mind that the commission reports are accurate.
Makes my job easier when keeping up with the sales commissions. I haven't been able to get through all the features as of yet.
I would have liked to be able to run a separate report showing the different rates of commission, but this was not imperative.

I got tired of having o track sales and commission on an excel spreadsheet and I have to make sure everyone updated theirs and knew what charge backs they got. This is a major time saver and it shares with my accounting software so its easy too.
I love how it will communicate with QuickBooks and other software that is similar. I like that I can track sales and bonuses for the team.
I hate that only some features are with certain packages. I wish I could make my own package but maybe in the future this will be an option.

We purchased Qcommission primarily for reporting for our sales team and to provide locked down calculations for auditing purposes. It has definitely fulfilled those functions.
QCommission is very easy to implement. Project Management during implementation was flawless - on time and on budget. I receive a lot of attention and prompt follow-up for all questions even though I am not a large customer.
The user interface when changes need to be made could be a little more intuitive.

I have been using Q Commission software for over 5 years now and have found it to be a valuable tool for me and my business in saving us time in calculating sales commissions for my sales people. We have a more complicated pay structure and this software allows me to get that done at a fair price. Support is always helpful and problem solving.

Saving hours of time each month and giving more professional reports
The programmers can customize the software to do pretty much anything you want. We have a fairly complicated commission structure for 3 different type sales reps and it runs perfectly, month after month.
You have to rely on the programmers to make changes to the software, they are quick to react, but you are always reliant on them.

After 20+ years of strictly reporting through Excel and Access our company needed a change as we were growing quickly and taking on a 30% sales increase. The Support and Implementation departments are incredible to work with an very prompt in their communication. Prabhu and Yuvaraj always answer within 30min of an e-mail and provide a very detailed answer that is incredibly easy to understand and put into action. We are very pleased with the services we have received and would highly recommend the program to any business dealing with sales and commissions!
Easy to create practical reports for all Sales reporting. Easy integration process that only takes minutes to create monthly commission payables. Excellent customer service and communication. Commission reports integrate into payroll system with easy.

Definitely would recommend for small business.
The support and implementation teams at Cellarstone were very accommodating and helpful during our extensive testing phase. We have many unique business requirements for sales commissions and they were able to cater the product to meet our needs.
Sometimes difficult to navigate. Slightly limited in terms of payees and attainment goal related metrics.

We needed a software that could calculate commission percentages after the customer invoices were paid and that could manage split commission percentages (more than one sales person receiving commission on a customer invoice).
Very good customer service, user friendly functions and screens, and generally easy to learn and use
Sometimes system upgrades negatively affect data imports but the most recent upgrades haven't been a problem so maybe it's been resolved.

Once you are set-up, this is very simple to use. I upload data once or twice a week and my sales staff can keep track of their progress without making a calls to me. Tech support is quick with responding.
Set-up and explaining how we worked took some time and there were many tweaks. Lots of calls to tech support. Some of the reports could be simplified.

The customer service team is dedicated and professional. ALL of our needs and questions are always met and answered in a timely fashion. We've had a great experience working with their teams, from the sales to implementation and service.
We have a highly intricate and diverse commission compensation plan. QCommission is highly customizable and functions with complicated layers of data while yielding accurate and valuable management reports. We like to self-manage the program, which the service team has been very helpful with.
In house custom reports require some programming (SQL) knowledge.

The Q Commissions program has been a god send. It has lessened our load in calculating sales commissions from approximately 20+ hours per month to less than one hour per month. One of the best features is the quick turnaround time from the support team with regards to questions and solutions.
I believe that the only negative; if you could call it negative was the speed at which the Q Commissions Team finished the overall project. We were worried that with the quick turn around time that they might have forgotten some items or skipped some steps, but there is has been less than 3 errors that we have come across. Those errors were then dealt with by the support team in a very timely manner.

I'm very satisfied with QCommission. It helped me reduce the amount of time I spend processing commission. Before, it takes me a couple days, at the minimum, processing commission because of the manual process I need to do. Of all the commission software I've tried and read about, QCommission, I think is perfect for the kind of commission structure we have in our company. It's very easy to use and it can do everything I need to process commission especially having different structures for all our sales reps.
There are no cons that I can say about the software because it's very flexible.

QCommission is easy enough to use on your own but still gives you a lot of control and the ability to set up many different plans for your sales reps. Integration with QuickBooks is seamless. Their support staff has been excellent to work with and always gets back to us in short order.
The initial set up can be difficult to do on your own. Fortunately, the support staff was very helpful and worked through all of it with us.

What I like most about this software is the Commission Statements. They are very professional and detailed.
There are some administrative functionality that was difficult to figure out on your own due to it being a multiple step process. For example, making a tier change and adding a new sales person. But with that said, QC Support (Yuvaraj) was excellent at guiding us through our issues. We were able to create "How To" procedures after getting the information from QC Support.

Life altering as far as the task of getting a true commission earned and being able to go back and review history and also to stand behind the report knowing that it is accurate.
Ease of use. Versatility in reporting presentation and flexibility for future needs or changes in comp plans and additional reps. Very easy to drill down on transactions and make changes. I send the report in both Excel and PDF which is a very nicely laid out report. Very easy for the sales rep to understand and follow.
