We have been using Absolute for over 5 years and we are really happy with it. It works really well and this is something we cannot do without.
We use this mainly for Software Asset Management together with ServiceNow. You can integrate this and works well. Absolute can freeze, or remote wipe assets that are lost or stolen. This also prevents stolen computers from being used with other spares as the software integrates into the BIOS. The usage and location tracking compliments the lost asset features. We also make use of the Application Persistence features and this helps to keep our computers healthy with AV, Encryption, SCCM, etc. Finally the reporting is great and we use it a lot to compare with other data sources.
There is nothing we do not like about the software.
