Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

TeamsID overview
What is TeamsID?
TeamsID is a cloud-based password manager designed to allow teams and companies to store, synchronize, and securely share password records, with native mobile apps for iOS and Android, desktop apps for Mac and Windows, and a browser extension for Google Chrome.
TeamsID allows users to create one or multiple teams, invite members to join their team, and specify permissions for each member. All users can create private and shared records to store their passwords and sensitive data, such as account numbers and codes, and any member with the correct permissions can access all fields, notes, and information stored within a record. Records can be assigned due dates for completion, and users are automatically notified of approaching due dates. All records, including tags and notes, can be searched, and users can mark frequently accessed records as favorites, then use the favorites filter to display all of their most-used passwords.
With TeamsID, records can be shared with other members or entire teams, removing the need for passwords to be sent by email or SMS. Up to 3 files can be attached to each record, and shared alongside the record information. Users can also enable two-step authentication in TeamsID, with multiple options for receiving codes including phone calls, SMS messages, and Google authenticator.
