Easy to use, fast synchronization between devices, secure encryption, able to generate a strong password,s and best practice for sharing it. Password history is a good feature.
I am concerned about losing my password because it can be a huge problem not having it since it´s almost impossible to access Bitwarden vault again witout it.
And it's amazing to see you get so much with the free version. There are some out there claiming to be the best but this is simple, intuitive, and easy to use.
I regularly have problems updating to the next version using the update prompts within the software. For this reason, I download updates directly from the website.
Feels good having a reliable way to manage strong passwords. I've gotten to interface with some of their devs and they seem like a great bunch trying to make a great product.
It doesn't always detect fields right, and there's no button inline to fill in passwords automatically. I have to right click to get to the vault.
My experience with the program is very good, it helps me to remember the passwords on a daily basis and it helped me a lot to start using secure passwords in my accounts.
Android application is not easiest to navigate but after some time you will not even notice its quirks.
And of course keeping other details like credit card info. Its nice that the browser extension asks on new sites with log-in whether you want to save this too or "never ask for this site.
The browser add-on is quickly accessible and I can fill in passwords with a minimum of fuss. An excellent free option and much better than my previous paid software.
It integrates really well with all popular browsers. It has also integration with mobile keyboards, which makes logging to websites on the phone super easy.
Features such as the TOTP token generator are really useful to have. The new sharing features are really welcome as that was a big issue before and this solves it nicely.
It's been a great experience overall, so far – I'm recommending Bitwarden to any friend or colleague looking for a password manager to protect their online accounts.
Amazing set of tools for an even more amazing price.
After the Password Manager that I previously used switched to a more expensive pricing model, I decided to try BitWarden and I am glad that I did.
The paid one contains more extensive functionalities, at a reasonable price. Because Bitwarden is a well-known software, it has a large community across the internet and great customer support.
Good replacement to LastPass but not as smooth integration as the later has.
Vast community and developer support. Free private version/reasonable enterprise price.

For the staff members I have helped get set up with, they are very pleased with its ease of use. Overall experience is positive which is the most important factor to me in IT.
Any how we should pay for this software.other than that there is no any particular disadvantage ,but unable to move an item from one vault to another directly.
Love this app its the best out there. I trust it and I tell my friends and coworkers about it all the time.
Occasionally the product will stop syncing my passwords to a device. This causes problems when the database is not up to date on each device.
I like it can easily customize and manage group passwords, making the passwords more robust and stronger and safer.
The lack of capability to integrate a personal account in the same way LastPass does or maybe switch between business and personal accounts easily is a shame.
1Password is the top of the top, providing a clean user interface, and flawless implementation that syncs with browsers and makes login a snap.
If you forget your master password, it's very difficult (as it should be) to have the company supply it again. Since this is a privacy product, there are lot of hoops to jump through.
Best of all, only having to remember one password while making all my accounts extremely secure is a huge relief and gives me peace of mind.
This is a great software!!! I am so happy our company made the switch to this seamless password saver.
Customer support is key on making this a great tool, since there can be a lot of confusion setting up the passwords. I Like that it has a family plan so I can share with my loved ones the logins.
This encourages me to use better passwords and keep myself in check. The integration with 'have i been pwned' is also very much welcome.
It's really easy to use and it's nice to have our most important passwords all in one place. Just don't forget your master password, we made that mistake only once lol.
The chrome extension makes things seamless, I'm so glad I invested into this product, it's saved me countless minutes every day.
It is an excellent password locker app, and the customer service team is very helpful.
The user interface is wonderful I love it and it's secure.
I would recommend it for businesses and I think the subscription is worth it.
The safety features and simplicity. Also how seamlessly integrates with all my online activity related to passwords.

My experience with NordPass has been great so far. I've been using it for a few weeks, after transitioning from another tool and I really find it more user friendly, faster and reliable.
As all the company's then can suffer security risk and lost your info, the fill option can share iinfo if you do not know how to handle it.
Password generator is very helpful as well, it generates very strong passwords without the need to remember them. Moreover, it's great that the tool could be used on multiple devices.
Sometimes it feels buggy or laggy, passwords do not get auto filled even though you are logged in, then you are forced to restart everything or wait until it starts working.
Also, their encryption algorithm is one of the most advanced and safest in the market. Finally, their plans are also very affordable and great for individual users, families and companies.
The interface is clunky ,hard to navigate and full of a lot of features I have never had a need to use.
Keeping a secured file of my most important passwords and log in details. Being able to lock them behind two factor authenticated password wall is massive peace of mind.
What I don't like about this software Is how expensive it is.
Great software to secure and manage your passwords.
Better gui and quickly login, the autofill helps a lot to the users to fill forms without show the password.
All over experience is amazed. I love with Nord but I am student so I don't have money to buy this and my parents never buy this for me.
The software is very easy to use and intuitive.
It is very easy to use takes seconds and allows you to change location.
It is a well-priced and reliable VPN to use for security, didn't have problems setting it to different countries.

Dashlane is an established and trusted password manager. It makes it easy to manage multiple passwords, and also generates very strong passwords which is important in our business.
If you lose the master password, all the information is lost forever.
Dashlane has a beautiful, clean UI. It also has excellent integrations for all major browsers as well as mobile platforms.
Suddenly stared failing without any reasons or hardware problems. One day it was working fine, then suddenly it just stopped working properly.
A secure and organized way to keep track of your many passwords. You don't have to remember any of them and manage your online accounts with peace of mind effectively.
The only downside is if you have multiple credentials for one website, Dashlane will autofill for one credential which can make it time consuming to delete and reenter the correct details.
Dashlane is very easy to use and just the perfect app to keep track of your passwords, renew them every so often, and be assured of unique and secured login details.
However, suddenly it started failing immediately after an apparent software update.
Excellent browser integration and ease of strong password creation.
This password storage software was superior in many ways in comparison to other similar products. It was not only convenient but easy to use, and quite comprehensive.
We recently implemented Dashlane as our preferred password manager. It has very nice UI and offers all the features you might need for a competitive price.
What I like most about Dashlane is the time it saves me thanks to its password and information management.
Dashlane is an amazing choice for password management for teams.
Dashlane has been one of the best investments in terms of convenience.
For me personally DL has worked acceptably well, allowed upgrading of my password security, identified security risks and helped guide my responses to them.
As you fix the issues, your PW health improves and an account admin can also monitor the pw health of the whole team. Their support team really tries to help.
It is an adequate platform that gets the job done but I have to admit that I prefer the ease of use and admin platform of LastPass.
Lastly, dashlane offer quick customer support for any questions or comments, their customer reps are quit knowledgeable in the product and can assist with any issues right away.

Ease of use, ability to generate strong random passwords, ability to create file and sort passwords (especially useful when dealing with several clients with similar apps / services).
It's not stored on any servers so if you loose that, the only thing that can be done is for ZOHO to create you a brand new zoho vault account.
Combined with strong master passwords for main apps, as well as Double Authentication, it provides a strong, reliable system and a lot of serenity.
I have had trouble using it on Internet Explorer.
I was originally a LastPass user until LP raised their prices and told me to kick sand. Zoho Vault is as good or better than LastPass for a quarter of the price.
For a first time user, lots of features can be confusing.
Zoho Vault is also an excellent tool to manage credentials and provide multiple users access to one-click login ability without ever having access to the actual password information.
Also, on iPhone if I'm on a website and open Zoho Vault from that website's auto-fill options, Zoho Vault will look empty and I won't be able to search for the correct secret.
It's relatively full-featured, centrally manageable, and most importantly, priced EXTREMELY competitively. Hands down, the best value password manager for any small to medium sized organization.
The web as well as the phone app is easy to use when storing and retrieving passwords. The passwords are masked making it more secure when working with someone looking over you shoulder.
Good cloud solution for small to medium size businesses.
2 passwords, one of which is completely encrypted - even from their support team is quite good.
Ease of use, simple intuitive interface and among all the sharing capability with users role based access.
I highly reccomend zoho vault to anyone. Just don't loose your master passphrase.

I like it because it is very easy to manage and also very user friendly So I think this is good for my company.
Though not working, tech support has been working on this issue continuously contacting vendor dissecting information on how the ssl vpn works.
Fast, pleasant, and effective. We've been considering Manage Engine for a couple months now and this experience is definitely one in the 'Positive' column.
I don't really get notified if someone does not receive the password expire notification. Of the time when they say they don't get it they did and just ignored it.
The experience as a whole seems very user friendly and we enjoyed it greatly. Thank you for your services.
Missing Portugal Portuguese option in my site.
Each time I needed Support for this ADSelfService product, it has been truly outstanding.
I have not picked any challenges with software so far.
Newer security features such as multi-factor authentication bring our AD services here up to current standards. It is a great product, and is very affordable.
Amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend it to any peers.
This is a great tool to help your users reset their passwords or unlock accounts.
The mobile app is easy to use and its accessible anywhere and anytime. Not requiring any help from IT.
Unlimited customization of portals for end user UI. Excellent for roaming users using smart devices to reset/unlock their network accounts.
A Great Integration Tool for Identity Self-service.
Reducing number of calls and save time for help desk.
I like the fact that you can integrate into other platforms and make use of one password across all of them.
Free for 50 users or less (reasonably priced above that). Easy way for MAC users to reset domain passwords.
AD self service plus easy to deploy great support but a little pricey.
I like it because it is very easy to manage and also very user friendly So I think this is good for my company.

Very good solution for startups (I can recommend a cloud-based version) as well as for companies with a large number of employees (in this case self-hosted edition will fit better).
Different tld's are confusing. Passwork.pro passwork.me They should all point to one central tld.
We were looking for a password manager that met our needs and found a good and easy to use solution in Passwork.
Offers only 1 year licensing, too bad for agile teams. We have one free account paid, not used.
Ease of use across all platforms makes it perfect for my family. No unnecessary features - just the core required to easily manage credentials.
Limited search function when there are many Оrganization vaults.
We needed a new cost-effective solution that was hosted within the EU and preferrably in our own datacentre which we got and the support was fast and competent to answer the questions we had.
Passwork is not so famous as LastPass or 1Password, maybe someone will consider it as a disadvantage.
The LDAP integration is our favourite so far. The Passwork team has just gone above and beyond to streamline our user logins and automate so many processes, while still keeping our network safe.
Passwork is cost-effective, allowing us to offer all of our employees a shared password manager solution that is easy to use. It allows for a quite specific access right management.
The import from our previous solution was very easy and intuitive.
Passwork is very easy to use and manage, both from a user's and admin's perspective. Updates have been very well documented and, therefore, easy to apply.
Password organization and structure are clear and easy to use.
Easy and fast to use with Active Directory Integration.

Pros and Cons from LogMeOnce users
+15
Even if there is a data breach, it's still protected through encryption. I also love having the ability to generate a strong password and having it automatically save in the database.
It's so bad I've stopped using it entirely. Sometimes, the LogMeOnce system is thrown into a loop when it automatically fills out a password and the underlying website doesn't recognize it.
So easy to use and works great. I love the feature that offers to generate a strong password for me.
Some sites don't seem to work very well with LogMeOnce. I used to have issues with LogMeOnce failing to pass my password to login to gmail, but LogMeOnce seems to have fixed this.
It's simply amazing, we cannot share all our passwords so we simply create an administration account and invite our employees.
The only thing that is sometimes bugging is the lost session after sleep.
The user friendly interface, ability to create groups of passwords, password generation, and the multi device integration. Love being able to use it on multiple devices.
The pop ups to remember passwords for new sites get a little annoying sometimes. I don't really know if this is available already but sometimes I don't want it to automatically log me in.
I like most that at no cost I can have a very secure email account in one of the top five countries for security.
Love the ease of use for the passwords and that you dont have to memorize every single password.
Customer support is quick and very supportive. Also get useful emails to help learn the product.
I don't even use all the features, but I appreciate the ability to set a password of whatever length I want, with a total choice of numerals, caps or small letters, and symbols.
I love the overall features, creating strong passwords, the notes, everything.
I liked the most the high security that this platform offers and the easiness of navigation.
I like the fact that once I install on my laptop, phone and ipad they are all integrated. So that I don't have to hunt around for the password.
The software is easy to use and navigate, with an intuitive interface. Customizable settings allow for the creation of unique and complex passwords for each account.
Free and easy to use compared to one password which scammed me after I bought the app to pay for monthly subscription.
Fills in information very fast----Very Accurate---A Ton of features--FANTASTIC SUPPORT TEAM.

Pros and Cons from JumpCloud Directory Platform users

Not only is their entire team from sales, to customer success, to engineering, to support amazing, they are very fast to jump on any issues or features you are interested in to help.
Still missing some functionality that we need as an organization.
Easy integration with my UniFi (UID) service. Amazing UI and perfect documentation.
At times the instructions can seem vague and maybe presume too much.
JumpCloud is by far the best solution for those smaller businesses that don't have the time or the budget for a dedicated IT team.
Not having to maintain an internal LDAP directory has been a substantial burden that was lifted by JumpCloud.
I have been very happy with the price and reliability of the services that I need from JumpCloud. I don't use them all, but what I do use, I use extensively.
Importing users from Gsuite which was the main system that housed all our users centrally was simple, albeit lacking granular import options (such as ignore mailgroups etc).
JumpCloud has helped Octane solve so many issues that I didn't even know I needed to solve. And on top of that their support team and our account manager are the absolute best.
Fantastic replacement for active directory and moving your on-premise IT infrastructure into the cloud.
Jumpclouds offering has great features and helps simplify the central user management issue we had.
The services are very good and I only remember one incident that directly affected me, but the jumpcloud support resolved it quickly.
The product has constantly been improving over the 2 years we have used it. Set-up is fairly easy and it was pretty simple to roll-out.
Ease of use for SMB's, changes are reflected instantly, free for up to 10 users forever makes trialing trivial, and MDM features across Windows and Macs are uniquely useful.
This software was very easy to use and set up. Customer Service was great during the set up process.
Great UI, self explanatory, fast and works in almost any browser (desktop and mobile). The ease of use is incredible.
Jumcloud is really easy to use. About implementation perspective - It has all type documentation to integrate with any kind of applications.
Our inquiries are responded to quickly, and we are kept in the loop on a monthly basis, or more frequently if necessary, of any changes and what the roadmap looks like.

Pros and Cons from LastPass users

It also includes a very handy password generator I love to use when creating new user accounts everywhere. It is the single best password manager I have ever had the pleasure of using.
I've had trouble with it logging me out for no apparent reason. Can be frustrating at times as you need to login to something quickly and this slows the process.
I love the ability to store all my passwords and other login information in one place. This is especially true for me because my organization requires frequent changes (for security reasons).
There is always the danger that the user will forget their are master password and that would render the software more than useless.
Super easy to use and you only need to remember one master password, that is a huge help. You can also use the strong recommended passwords because you don't have to memorize them or write them down.
We're currently looking into switching because we've lost trust in Lastpass. Who knows what negative changes they'll make to their business practices in the future.
I love that it can generate password for new accounts during the set-up process as this can be tricky coming up with good passwords that are secure.
The biggest complaint that I have is about integrations with some sites both on desktop and mobile where the forms are not recognized by the manager.
The folders function is nice to help us get organized. You can also store your own login info that doesn't have to be shared with your team which is great too.
Well obviously I love that it helps remember all my passwords for me. I also like that it will help you generate new passwords that are strong enough to meet requirements of secure sites.
If you want safe and secure passwords for the multiple logins you have, this is one of the best solutions on the market for that.
Our overall experience has been outstanding and we have not seen any other product out there that can even compete. Especially with the customer service.
I was a really big fan of Lastpass a year or two ago its so easy to use and everything can be organised in folders and you can even store secure notes and bank details.
It's seamless to integrate on browsers and mobile devices. Helps keep my individual accounts secure with unique passwords that are very complex.
Overall this is a great app with some great features for not a lot of money.
Excellent experience loved also the dark web monitoring feature for leaked passwords and account protection included in the price.
LastPass really takes care of this and our teams can access the accounts without knowing the passwords. What i like the most about LastPass is its Auto-fill feature and customer support.
Lastpass's integration, both on desktop and on mobile, is very strong across multiple browsers and platforms in terms of both autofilling passwords and generating new secure passwords.

It's due to it's ease of use and wide variety of features that it offers, it is one of the best IAM tools and regarded as one of the best SSO solutions out there.
The only trouble is if you forget your password to okta you essentially lose access to everything because it is all connected.
The Okta Integration Network is a great resource to see if an app / platform is supported. I also LOVE that they offer free training and certifications.
The only downside is the cost which is much higher as compared to its competitors.
It does what it is supposed to do quickly and neatly which is Okta greatest strength.
I found set up was a little difficult. It may have been the way my account was initially set up but it was incredibly difficult to understand that it was set up incorrectly.
Even pre-sale, we were able to get support from sales engineers and it was great. Pricing is nice too if you go through a reseller.
Nothing in particular that I found wrong with the tool.
Overall, my experience with Okta is wonderful. I enjoy using it and at this point, wouldn't go back to a time when I didn't have it.
Okta is relatively easy to use and I’m sure my IT team loves it. Once you get the settings right it is also pretty seamless and doesn’t add too many additional steps to signing on.
I would recommend Okta to any other company that is not using it. It provides great security and efficiency.
Easy to use and push the code needed to get into certain sites for my work. Good integration with our Active Directory.
Overall my experience has been good and I’m sure it keeps me more secure.
It has comparable or superior features nearly all other identity providers on the market. The ability to create a trial account to quickly test and assess its feature set is also a huge plus.
Overall it is great tool for SSO usage and the ability to see all your applications in one place.
I have had to contact customer service a few times and they have been very helpful.
If cost is not an issue, this is should be the tool to go to. This is one of the best IAM tools present out there.
I used Okta verify to access my mobile outlook for work on my phone. It worked pretty well but had to call customer support to get it working.

Keepass is a lifesaver for me, i have many many pswd on my work and thanks to this software i can manege it really good.
I have been hacked several times and losing my e-mail address as many times and it's so frustrating. With Keepass, I can use several passwords that are so complicated that I can't remember them.
Their password keeping system is really good and their site interface was amazing. I really like there working way.
The interface is terrible, the user experience is terrible. It took me weeks to learn how to use it, and I found myself avoiding it at every turn.
Secure, easy to use, run on different platforms. Nice place to secure you favorite links with your credentials.
The lack of cloud based hosting and sync proved to be a barrier to long term use.
Great value for your money (free software) provides you with amazing way of securing all your passwords and login details.
Some lack of development for new features, the interface is a bit outdated and could use some rework.
It’s amazing what the opensource community has done with programs like Keepass. I came to KeePass as a sceptic and I was pleasantly surprised with how easy and straight forward it was to use.
Well encrypted and good password generators, free is a very reasonable price for this product. Easy to use and clears the clipboard after use.
Ease of setup and getting started is easy. Strong password for access, ability to move file around and open on different devices.
Easy data entry and retrieval, password protected (haha right?) and copy and paste functions easy use for Help Desk.
Very good experience, does what it proposes to do, easily and for free.
This is a good tool which kept your password in encrypted way so that you can keep and use your desired password as and when required without even need to type it.
My overall experience with Keepass has been amazing. It has helped me manage all my passwords and is always ready to take on more.
Very useful, easy to use and with backup database. Which saved my life a few times when suddenly I needed da password I haven't used for years.
Keypass is so easy to use and integrate. Our administrator set it up and within minutes our whole team was using it and staying secure.
Easily enter passwords and organize based on type for easy searching. Many plugins which integrate directly with web browsers to allow for safe form submissions.

Pros and Cons from Jamf Pro users

Jamf Pro has been reliable and a great Apple management solution for us. We are assured that any Mac coming in the door will be managed and managed reliably.
It actually makes my work processes super inefficient, because i'm constantly batting weird errors and frustrating password resets.
I implemented Jamf pro blind, relying on the support team and good old documentation to help me out. The support team was fantastic and also teached me how to accomplish various tasks on the platform.
I'm in education so they're not making any money off is (given the high level of support everyone receives). There are no tiers of service, no packages for support, and no BS.
Super easy to use, makes Apple TV deployment super easy. The integration with DEP and all that fun stuff is pretty awesome.
The interface can become confusing and overwhelming to novice user.
The feature I like the most is the ease of using prestage enrollments. Being able to just push a few times and the device is ready to go is of the utmost importance in a school with over 5000 devices.
I struggle to explain concepts to employees that haven't taken the training, even when they've taken the Jamf 100.
I love the ability to customize and the ability to create a phenomenal end user experience.
I am very thankful how easy Jamf was to learn, the online resources Jamf provides as well as 200+ level classes you can go to. The ease of year and how modular things were a major help.
It's both a time saver, and a extra layer of confidence, while increasing our ability to secure and control computer policies.
Cost effective, user friendly, easy to learn for first time users. Love the cloud solution.
Easy to use and easy to follow documentation. Automated software deployment, integration with Apple DEP are just some of the great features.
The ease of use for users to have the ability to update or install software, at the click of the button.
The thing I like most is the ease of use. We have used other MDMs and JAMF is by far the easiest to use and navigate.
The customer service is top notch and they will help you quickly sort things out.
Jamf Pro is far and away the best product I have used to manage Apple computers in an enterprise environment. Its easy to use, the learning curve is short.
Jamf Pro is easy to use, quick to setup, priced right, and is almost an industry standard. The community forums are extensive and helpful.

Pros and Cons from Duo Security users

I like the simplicity of the multifactor authentication process. It was easy to deploy on our phones and works perfectly each day.
They have acknowledged that this is their mistake and they need to fix it, but they seem incapable of doing so.
The app is very easy to use and allows you different options on how you would like to dual authenticate your login. The speed and reliability of this app are great as well.
The downside is that it gets really annoying after a while. All the texts, confirmations, multiple logins, etc. get overwhelming when you just want to check something really quick.
We needed a good solution to increase our security for signing onto our server, and Duo is great for that.
The only real downside to Duo is that each employee has to install it on their personal smartphone, and some people don't like that.
It eases my mind that it is safe and secure and free to use. Great option for companies looking for authentication software.
If you lose your mobile device in our company, you are put in a position where you are unable to DUO. Not convenient if someone switches phone either.
Duo helps to increase the security of the access to major accounts and that is great.
If anything, the customer support and superior product have made us all more confident that our work was protected and that we were meeting modern standards for privacy and security.
Overall, this is a great security platform for most organizations. It's user friendly and easily deployable.
It is just so easy to login and setup, the app is wonderful. The notifications are fast and the adoption is also high.
What I like most about the software is its ease of adding a layer of protection to your accounts in an inexpensive and convenient way.
Great online support and documentation library. Flexible subscription plans with affordable pricing.
All it takes is a simple tap on the app on my phone to approve the login from my laptop. I really just love how quick and easy and protective it is.
We use Duo to provide better security to our end users and to comply with regulatory requirements. The solution is inexpensive, easy to use and integrate with the existing applications.
Setup and integration isn't too rough and the support is excellent.
Very easy to use and integrate into daily life. Makes me have peace of mind that no one can hack into any of my accounts.

Pros and Cons from Keeper Security users

This is greatly used as this is a great place to save all the passwords and it will autofill. And also recommends when a new website is trying to create a password.
If those users go on to leave the company, you will be permanently unable to edit those records.
Keeper is an excellent tool for keeping your accounts (and all the data contained in them) secure, and it helps you create secure passwords without having to remember them.
My client sometimes create loads of entries without folders and they are heavy users then get lost.
Protection, ease of use, ability to share records with my account managers in the business and the price was good.
The only downside for this is - even logging from the same computer after 30 days it needs a code to log in.
The pricing is pretty decent for the cost of security and it also encrypts your data too which is really fantastic. UI is clean and really good.
I have over 200+ records I my account at this time. There is NO WAY I could remember all of them.
Customer service has been wonderful the couple of times I have needed them. I love that I am able to share passwords and login information between users, including my coworker.
All the upgrades for this app have been outstanding with no glitches and seamless integration. The features available are varied and inclusive while the ease of use is very user friendly.
Very positive - great UI/UX - easy to use - easy to add credentials - easy to access credentials and share if needed.
Overall, it was easy to transition our whole company over to Keeper. The vault is easy to organize and navigate, and the extension is a lifesaver when it comes to efficiency.
The security, ease of use and the ability to add users and share or not share records works very well for our company. I have used this program for at least 9 years.
Experience has been excellent; I am very happy with the product.
Awesome tool for secure storage of confidential data.
What I like most of the software is it's ease of use.
I have to say that I emailed customer service as I had a question and not only did I get a Prompt email response; I also received a phone call to ensure I was able to make the changes I needed.
Active Directory integration is an absolute plus. Adding sites and passwords is intuitive and simple.

Pros and Cons from RoboForm users

I like the simplicity and reliability of the interface. I also like that each password is a file and I can save them and backup myself.
The second time I tried it was last year when Firefox updates were messing up my LastPass experience. I hated the feel of Roboform and it was not an intuitive experience for me.
I like that RoboForm is safe and easy to use. I also like that I can safely store notes there and I can use RoboForm on my cell phone.
When switching versions from standard to business and back to standard, it kept giving me an error that the business account was expired. Perhaps a install issue but more of a burden than an issue.
It is wonderful to be able to access a form and not have to manually enter all the information over and over again.
Roboform is the only password security system with no headaches or worries for the users.
RoboForm was the first PW manager I ever used and as such I loved what it did and loved the price point.
At the time they offered only local storage which was a problem sine I used the PW manager for everything the other big issue is didn't always sync from PC to my mobile phone right away.
Great password manager which has a good integration in Windows / IOS. Security center build in.
I have never had an issue that I have needed to reach out to customer service - which is great.
What I like is that it generates secure passwords for each account, you can fill out forms you’re your information, this saves time and is one of the reasons I have always used this password manager.
I work for a company which we use a lot of different passwords to authenticate access to software, so Roboform is the best solution my company has implemented.
The ease of use and the price is very affordable.
Roboform is a must have for IT pro's and power users. We need easy access to passwords - especially love the browser add-ins that integrate with all major browsers.
I create a lot of sensitive data, documents, and access secured sites, RoboForm lets me have access, quickly, reliably and from various locations.
In the rare occasion where I needed tech support, they were quick and responsive and solved my issue immediately.
I never had to worry or think about where the information was or that I might now get easy access.
I switched to the free version of LastPass for its ability to synchronize across devices with less difficulty.

Great solution to keep track of every bit of information about a client. Everything has a place and provides a password generator to help make it easy to secure logins and passwords.
My techs no longer have to hunt for information and then worry it is outdated.
The flexible assets and related items have benefitted the company I work for throughout the years. The many integration options are great, too.
Overall, we are disappointed in the value of this product.
I like how easy it is to switch between clients, and the IT Glue Academy was very helpfull. The tutorials made our transition from SharePoint really nice and smooth.
I would only ever consider their enterprise product which, if you have a large team, can become costly.
We've been using IT Glue for sometime now and we enjoy the simplicity and multifunctional assets that this brings to our company.
The apps needs a little work since I have to log in almost every time and touch ID is hit or miss.
It is beneficial and really easy to use. You can teach someone in minutes how to setup documents and the site even helps you.very impressed.
Great company to work with and they have an awesome product.
Improves efficiency and productivity in IT asset management, troubleshooting, and customer support. Integrates with other IT tools, such as PSA and RMM, to enhance collaboration and workflow.
ITGlue is a great product for control of your documents, password, and network devices. Everything our Help Desk need in one location.
I like the integrations with different PSA tools and the ability to build SOPs within the application itself.
Great Product to Help Centralize Documentation.
You can create configurations for passwords, knowledge base articles, documents, system information, and Automate is an essential tool in MSP. Its easy to use and the user interface is great.
Overall, ITGLUE is an excellent investment for any organization looking to streamline their IT management processes.
IT Glue's documentation platform is second to none for us. It has made it easy to put in the procedure guides our techs need every day, and it has made it easy to keep track of client's assets.
The single best platform that our MSP has invested in. Easy to use, setup, and get going.

Pros and Cons from TeamPassword users

Being able to have a collection of passwords for a single client and allow our contractors access to only those passwords (and the ability to kick 'em out if needed), is worth its weight in gold.
I found that I was getting way too many email notifications from the tool. You can turn them off, but it was annoying in the beginning.
I like that it's very user-friendly. I also use the Chrome extension of TeamPassword a LOT — it's been a lifesaver for easily logging in to sites and tools each day.
No versatile application starting at yet. To relegate new clients to a gathering, you need to independently include them into each gathering; takes excessively time.
It's simple, cost effective and does a great job. I very much like TeamPassword.
It can be a bit cumbersome to add new users. Password storage is limited to websites.
TeamPassword allows for sharing passwords among team members on a secure fashion. It has a great UI and it is easy to use on the most common systems and browsers after first configuration.
I personally don't have anything that i dislike with the program.
TeamPassword is a great tool to assign passwords for groups and can be integrated with Google Chrome. We can assign passwords in one place and share it with our squads.
It was so seamless to integrate and use every day. I'm at another startup now and am hoping to implement it again.
It's a great (and cost-effective) way of sharing passwords with individuals and teams.
Easy to use software for storing virtually all the passwords for the websites I frequently visit. The Chrome plugin is an added advantage.
Team Password has an attractive and intuitive user interface that makes it incredibly easy to use.
My experience with TeamPassword has been very positive, and I think the rest of my team would say the same.
Passwords can easily be updated so everyone has access and it's more secure than logging passwords on a physical or web document.
I was skeptical at first but nowadays I really am happy that this software has been implemented in my working place. Very easy to use and saves a lot of time.
Google single sign-on (Google SSO) integration works well and means even fewer passwords. Customer support is great.
Very customer service oriented and easy to talk to a live person.

Pros and Cons from OneLogin users

Its ease of use and effective accessibility management make it one of the best identity management platforms. It has the ability to sync users from directories like G suite and Workday.
Password retrieval for overall program locks you out after too many unsuccessful log in attempts. This is a bit frustrating.
OneLogin is a great product and is very easy to use. It makes generating good passwords easy and it is also easy to copy and share passwords when needed.
The biggest disadvantage is, If the common platform faces the server issue, the access to all other software also fails.
Straightforward to use and great helps from their support team. Connecting to HR tools makes it the best to use.
The mobile app is so bad. It is almost impossible to switch between tasks.
OneLogin is super easy to integrate with our primary identity provider, Active Directory. It allows for users to change their passwords without having it be a huge and complicated process.
Sometimes it is difficult to login on different devices.
Great way to unify your enterprise credentials, with a really good Chrome extension.
It feels good to have strong passwords in a tool the can keep track of them.
OneLogin makes it very easy to login to a suite of internal tools from either desktop or mobile. I am particularly impressed with its integration with Slack.
The login timeout (to keep my information secure) means I use this product multiple times per day. The OneLogin home screen is customizable, showing a beautiful photo of my campus.
I like that its so flawless you don't feel its presence yet assured of security.
Easy to deploy and a cost effective SSO solution.
Ease of use - My company uses OneLogin as the authentication software for access to our internal portal. It's really easy to use and it syncs well with DUO.
The documentation is very clear and the support is very helpful. The most cutting edge is whem comes to price where Onelogin is way way cheaper than most of its competitors.
The customer service is quick to respond and is very knowledgeable of both the front and back-end development of the software. Easy to use and set up was extremely quick.
Downloading the app to my phone is easy. It integrates with Apple Watch for quick authentication.

Pros and Cons from WatchGuard AuthPoint users

A great product, sensibly priced with great add-on features with WatchGuards typical excellent support behind it.
Confused and somewhat concerned about the billing schedule for adding additional licenses to the pool.
Great product and great support, would definelty recommend this product.
The initial setup is sometimes a pain, the user creation can be off by one letter in AD, and the only way to know is if you go into admin logs on Authpoint to find out.
Its easy to administer and use. I love the interface and when delegating to other users they find it clear and simple to navigate.
The built-in "approve" button in the notification is a light grey, which is sometimes hard to read.
Overall, I am satisfied and recommend it to my friends.
Trouble getting it working on MacOS. Will not stay connected to VPN.
It's easy to install and integrate with existing infrastructure. I like that the phone app is easy for our customers to use.
The ease of use of the product and the versatile integration that allows better security.
Simplicity, easy of configuration, the friendly cloud environment.
Very good looking at overall MFA need & management, i can say worth to invest.
Simple to deploy and simple to administer, great product. It was easy for the staff use and this was a key feature.
Ease of installation and configuration. Ease of use for the end user.
We use Authopoint everyday and it works perfectly with our users and in all our systems.
Easy to use after installation. Push notification is very useful.
Excellent so far, VPN connectivity might have some issues lately but we are working to solve it with the support team.
Fast expert customer service and tech support.

Pros and Cons from Account Security users

And the most important thing is that it is completely free. And the interesting thing about the application is the support provided by those in charge of it.
One major setback for Authy is that it forces obsolete SMS verification, this is a severe security weakness and should be abandoned ASAP.
The user experience is good, Authy knows what I need, and the limitations that I can have if I lose my phone, the back up process is easy compared to other apps, they have a nice and neat design.
I personally can not think about anything I disliked about Authy.
It is a best data and account protecting 2FA app which have an advanced features with a simple interface. Non other 2FA app can supply this kind of experience and this should be improved.
Recovering your account takes 24 hours in case you've lost your phone.
Once it has been set up, its extremely easy to use. I like that there is a clipboard option, so I can easily save the code it gets me and paste it into the program to log in.
A bit confusing terms for different passwords.
This is the best 2FA software because of the ease of use and the multi-device option. Your accounts are back upped too, so you cannot lose them.
A good way to secure your data. I highly recommend this software.
The app looks nice, it's easy to transfer between devices (which I've done several times) and they even have a pretty usable desktop app.
It's easy to implement and set up in general. And some of the other accounts where you can use Authy offer extra benefits when you link them, so it's truly a plus.

This is a great tool and well worth the cost just to help our team. The fact that we offer it to clients and help them with a password management application is icing on the cake.
A second issue is the inability to choose how passwords are sorted in the mobile app (by description instead of username) makes things a little cumbersome.
Good documentation is key to running a successful MSP and PassPortal allows you to keep good notes for both your team and your clients in a secure manner.
Overall, the product for the most part works but when there is an issue it is hard to trouble shoot without support.
Ability to store credentials and documentation in the same portal is amazing, plus the ability to link documents and credentials in revolutionary for us.
The "runbook" is just a dump of all documents/assets. The feedback option doesn't show dates, so you don't know if a feedback or a idea you are going to vote for has been there for years or days.
Using better passwords makes us more secure and sharing passwords between co-workers is now a breeze. The support team is fabulous.
Sometimes the Chrome browser plugin will do strange things, but only if you have A LOT of tabs open (I think more of a Chrome issue than PP).
Overall great experience, it helps us achieve some GDPR compliance and audit ability of our customers as well as a central store for documentation.
The implementation was very easy and the software is easy to use. The documentation is great with the default templates covering most of the required info per customer.
It is very easy to use, the browser plug-ins make password entry a breeze and integration with other tools such as Connectwise Control (ScreenConnect) and TakeControl is fantastic.
What I liked most about Passportal is how you can manage your clients. I like that i can private label the product for our company.
Nice looking, good integrations for current software.
Working with Passportal has been quite positive. The application is fairly intuitive and theirs always someone willing to help.
Great password management at an affordable price.
It was quick and easy to setup and deploy on my systems and customer systems. Being able to see who accessed a password and when is also pretty huge for audits.
Even prior to the acquisition, Passportal had excellent customer service and support.
It's easy to use, secure and seems to get regular development.

Great product to use and great partnership from Avatier in getting the solution customized to meet our very specific use case.
We had no warning it would not work on this version.
I think it is wonderful why and very practical to reset your AD password anywhere, just have an Internet connection so it becomes practical and valuable.
Nothing comes to mind about a downside to the product.
Overall with the ability to have single sign on was a major benefit for the Service Desk.
We no longer have to wait for approvals. Next, with the introduction of a new HRM system, we moved to automating the process of hires, changes and terminations.
Very easy to use for customers as well as admins. Great addition to any company.
Lots of hidden features. Sometimes its hard to find what you are looking for.
By using Avatier AIMS, we have made the task of requesting access significantly easier and quicker. The ability for anyone to be able to approve access via their phones has been a big player in this.
Ease of use -- users are guided through enrolling and utilizing the features of unlocking account and password changes. Agent software quick and easy to install.
I also like the way AIMS handles feeds from other systems. It is easy to use and adapt to a company's unique requirements.
We have automatic hires and terminations working perfectly. We are working on changes and expect this to be an ongoing process as the company changes.
I think he is wonderful because he avoids the agent or the company needing extra work to carry out our tasks, making us safe and doing extra work without worrying about software failing.
We started with using AIMS for self-serve password resets due to the fact that a very significant number of calls to our service desk (about 65%) were taxing our resources.

I have had them all over the past years and this software covers all the bases. It is the best solution on the market at the best price point.
The worst part is simply the setup, not because the software makes it difficult though. It's just a process that you'd have to go through with any other software of this type.
I am using EPIM pro for a long time and it comes as the best organizer to me. I really appreciate the task management efficiencies of the software. Overall feels great using the tool.
I usually use a program for a year or two, get bored and then find something else. I've been using EPIM since version 5 or 6 and have no plans on changing my PIM program.
For this EssentialPIM does a great job as it gives you full control over what and what not you want to synchronise and where.
I miss a "transfer format" icon, because sometimes the format changes unintentionally to the standard "Times New Roman" format when writing e-mails.
In this era of remote websites, its wonderful to be able to take back control and know that it is safe.
In previous versions had problems with andorid syncronizations...it was fixed.
And the price was outstanding, making it a very good buy.
EssentialPIM keeps my work schedule perfectly organised and help in keeping all my contacts in one place without mess. I like the way it keep particulars sorted.
Customer service is taken very responsibly and the constant updates indicate a serious commitment to keep up to date and continuously improve the product.
Great support for an intuitive product that is consistently developed.
The thing that I like the most about EssentialPIM is that so many of the functions are thoughfully integrated into the software.
Notes, really helpful, use it daily to store different kinds of information from simple notes, guides to full web pages & pdf documents. Tasks - using them to track project progress.
Everything in one application. Easy to use and the ability to sync with phone.
The online Forum is responsive and easy to use.
EssentialPIM offered an interface close to the one I have used for nearly 30 years with an integration to a portable device that offers a comprehensive synchronization package.
The low cost option for Lifetime support & upgrades. The support team release several updates a year with improvements & new features.
