What is TeraCryption?
TeraCryption is an enterprise file-security platform for organizations that need to encrypt sensitive files and control who is authorized to open and share them. It combines organizational Group-based access control with file-owner sharing control, allowing owners to select authorized users and change permissions when needed.
Files are encrypted at the file level and can be stored in centralized Group folders on a local Windows server, Google Drive, or Microsoft OneDrive. Authorized users work directly through Windows File Explorer.
TeraCryption provides Automatic Key Management™, so encryption and decryption occur automatically without requiring users to create, exchange, store, or manually manage encryption keys. Secure login helps prevent unauthorized access. TeraCryption also supports ransomware recovery and can help organizations protect sensitive information and CUI in NIST SP 800-171/CMMC environments.
