Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

NeuralTrust overview
What is NeuralTrust?
NeuralTrust is a centralized platform for discovering, securing, and governing AI agents and LLM applications across enterprise environments. Deployable as SaaS, on-premises (VPC or data center), or hybrid (SaaS control plane with a privately hosted data plane), it maintains a separated control and data plane architecture so customer data never leaves the customer boundary. Full isolation deployment is available for defense, government, and financial sector organizations. Recognized by Gartner as a Representative Vendor in Market Guides for AI Gateways and Guardian Agents, NeuralTrust targets large enterprises in regulated industries including banking and financial services, insurance, telecommunications, energy, government, and defense.
The platform covers the full AI security lifecycle across six functional areas. TrustGuard (Agent Runtime Security) monitors agent behavior in real time using machine learning-based behavioral, contextual, and multi-turn analysis to detect and stop attacks, data breaches, and anomalous activity with average inspection latency under 10ms. TrustGate (AI Gateway) provides a centralized control plane for routing, inspecting, and governing all AI traffic, with per-agent and per-tool RBAC, cryptographic audit trails, PII redaction, semantic caching, inline prompt injection and jailbreak detection, and a plugin layer covering content filtering, rate limiting, CORS enforcement, and toxicity checks via AWS Bedrock Guardrails, OpenAI Moderation, and Azure Content Moderation. TrustLens (Agent Posture Management) delivers continuous discovery and inventory of every AI agent, connected tool, and execution workflow across the organization. TrustTest (AI Red Teaming) runs automated adversarial testing using pre-built and custom probes, jailbreak and prompt-injection test suites, and output scoring for hallucination risk before and after production rollout.
Security Agents automate compliance workflows including policy creation, evidence collection, framework mapping (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS), and audit-ready report generation without manual formatting. Full-stack observability provides tracing of agent inputs, outputs, and system calls with 30+ log filters, real-time alerting, and native SIEM integration with Splunk, Datadog, and Prometheus. Security controls include SSO via SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect, RBAC, customer-managed encryption keys, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and a zero-knowledge architecture. NeuralTrust scales across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments without requiring architecture changes, serving security, compliance, legal, product, and engineering teams operating complex or multi-team AI environments.
