Remotely wiping and securing your data is a snap with DriveStrike and their customer support is superb. I was blown away by how helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable they are.
Before DriveStrike, whenever an employee called in saying they misplaced or lost their laptops, we would begin a scramble. Now I just log into the admin panel and lock the computer.
Ease of use for the software and great customer service is what makes me like it so much.
I either unlock later once they locate it or I wipe it after a week. It's a major reduction in stress for my team.
It is super simple deploy and use. If you are considering something more complex like implementing Microsoft Intune but really only need remote lock and wipe capability get this and don't think twice.
At first I was a little hesitant to install software that grants a remote wipe function on my phone, but I think that's a common feeling for anyone who worries about privacy.
Great customer service, helpful and very easy to implement among many devices.
Right now we see none other than maybe difficulty in deploying through GPO.
DriveStrike is the perfect solution for data protection.
It's a rugged software that doesn't bloat the device at all. You won't recognize it's there which is perfect for day to day use.
The ease of the interface. Installation was easy as we could send an email to end user and have them install it.
For $1.50 per month, I am happy to know I can erase the contents of my phone directly from my computer if that day ever comes.
Easy to control devices from the dashboard. Quick and friendly support.
The groups function for managers to manage their teams added great flexibility.

Pros and Cons from ManageEngine Vulnerability Manager Plus users

When we had an issue of our own making customer service went above and beyond our expectations. I was very pleased the help I received, and the engineers worked round the clock to help us.
I feel constantly lost in what I still need to patch, what's failed, why it's failed and what I need to do to fix it.
My experience with ManageEngine and its products is positive. They have excellent support and fully back up their products even if you run a trial version.
I feel that the workflow of tracking where you're at in terms of patches in process against what the "Threats-Software Vulnerabilities" is listing confusing.
My experience with ManageEngine and its products is positive. They have excellent support and fully back up their products even if you run a trial version.
Deploying security configurations can be risky and have adverse effects on the servers.
In concluison a good tool that has many good improvements.
Some updates was failed and need manauly downloaded from internet.
Product is very easy to use, has excellent features, keeps us well informed of vulnerabilities on our endpoints and servers, and well informed on the latest vulnerabilities.
Excellent product, easy to use, great feature set.
A great tool but better workflows required. Also, simpler bespoke reporting without having to dive into SQL.
The Vulnerability Manager Plus was an excellent choice for us as an organization and performs well in an environment that is distributed to 5 locations in Europe.

We use Netsparker for scanning our customers applications. Ease of use and Flexibility gives us freedom to use it wisely and help is completing our projects in timely manner.
The problem is, if the scan has a problem it must be canceled, otherwise it will never finish and no report will ever be generated.
It has helped us build a good relationship to strengthen security in the products.
Many web apps are extremely vulnerable to serialization attacks yet Netsparker does not escalate the vulnerability enough (unencrypted viewstate, unsigned viewstate, etc).
Netsparker is comparatively cheaper, and you can bargain i believe, compare to other tools like Accunetix etc. We compare a couple of them and decided this.
The problem was I needed to download the reports problematically. Other times I asked for.
I use Netsparker as a Consultant for my clients. I'm very satisfied about the product and how this software help our client to check the security level of the web applications.
There is almost no documentation about how to use the product.
My years of experience with Netsparker have been nothing but positive and I truly enjoy using this tool to assess our web applications.
Bugs within web applications and its been an wonderful journey with Netsparker.
Excellent and Easy in terms of Automated Security Scanning.
A simple security scanner that scans your computer for threats and possible problems with your PC security and how to fix it. Easy to download and install, not complex at all.
One of the best things of the reports are the remediations it provides. The remediations give a lot of detail besides guiding you to a repair.
Great value for the price with stellar support.

Good virus and malware detector, the password manager is good, and provides good protection against ramsonware software.
I know all AV may have some but this seems a bit above "normal. It becomes a firedrill when suddenly something we had used for years because "suspicious" and flagged.
It's been stable, reliable, and has provided excellent protection. It doesn't get in the way of users and has minimal impact on system performance.
It is a bit too sensitive at times and I've had issues with it blocking files that I know are safe. I have struggled with adding things to the exceptions list when needed.
I like this software, I think it has good and interesting tools.
You can't do remote desktop. Even on administrator accounts, which make IT life's difficult, at least you can disable it and do your work.
It has a simple and easy to use interface and worked like a charm.
It is not easy say any disadvantage of trend micro. Actually I didnt see any disadvantage of this software.
I highly recommend Trend Micro to other organizations looking for a comprehensive security solution.
Client updates released via the console are efficient and quiet. Management from the console is fair and fairly straightforward.
For every organization, data security is the most important concern and we are quite happy with the performance of Trend Micro versus the subscription amount cost we paid.
Great pricing, easy to implement but needs to be easier in order to set policies and be more smart about the admin user and let them work.
Apex one is mid tier expensive software that help to protect network of organization with the inbuilt features such as real time scanning, firewall, ips, USB management, etc.
Easier to setup in complex environments and the interface, i think, is more user-friendly than other tools.

It's a good product once you get through the learning curve. The product admins are eager to make the product more effective and efficient at helping you manage your client's networks.
They are asking me to buy Licence’s and I have refused. We are social distancing and this has made it stressful for myself and my customers.
The patch management feature is far superior compared to any other platform I have used. They are partnered with BitDefender offering an integrated AV solution providing a true complete RMM solution.
After using it for 3 years, N-Able was a frustrating experience.
Great tool for network monitoring, good at what it's built for.
Limited reporting functionalities. The API is also very limited.
N-Central is a great administrator tool to provide maximum network solutions for your environment. This tool does it all remotely manages everything.
The patch management needs to be simplified abit more. License compliance report is extremely confusing.
N-Central staff has gone above and beyond what was expected to make sure our deployment is successful.
Sometimes the Take Control access intermittently doesnt work for no reason. Event logs and log parsing is difficult to configure and doesnt quite work as expected.
Over all they are very good at taking your money and over the years have been hard to communicate with. It’s all sales sales sales.
The biggest thing I didn’t like was when they removed remote control from my essential Licence’s. To make it worse it was done over the covid-19 pandemic.
N-Central is very powerful and customizable. Configuration is very granular and allows experienced administrators to configure almost limitless monitoring.
Every added option has a cost. This makes it very difficult to cost price for taking on new customers.
Nice interface with LOTS of features. Fast remote access with lots of control options.
Solarwinds has so far been working great for my network administration needs. I kinda miss the old days.

The ability to add new users and devices is pretty easy. Overall I need to give it a good mark because it does what we want it to.
The UI is a pain to navigate, functions don't notify you if they are executed succesfully or not, and app updates won't work for no reason and manually updating them is also a pain.
Secure and easy to use and implement. I won't name names, but I have used other UEM systems and this one taks the cake for being all around the best product for your company and clients you support.
Once a device is lost, you have to continue to pay for a license on that device or it becomes unlocked and the end user can take control of it.
Lots of features, Good Price, and the interface seems nice.
Notifications for the app work sometimes and not work other times. IT doesn’t know what would cause this problem.
A great program to help keep communication costs low.
Once its setup and running the fear is you might change something and be back at square one.
Being able to get work email securely on my phone is great since I work on the road most of the time.
Have your tech team evaluate the use and administration. They will find this is quick to launch and provides a solution set that is unmatched by competitors.
An easy platform that lets you install and update software on multiple devices at the same time. It allows to set locks on mobile devices so costumers can use them only with your app.
It does allow an extensive amount of control including exchange management, locking and unlocking devices remotely.
The software was easy to setup and configure for controlling mobile devices. It also lets you manage laptops.

The onboarding process was smooth, the integration simple and the support we got was great. The AI detection is excellent as it helps us block bots we didn't even know existed.
We don’t have to deal with bots anymore. Click fraud is a serious challenge for our whole industry, and trying to fight it was exhausting, time-consuming and inefficient.
Given how much support we get and the quality of the reporting and configuration tools, we definitely are getting our money's worth and recommend DataDome to anyone who needs bot protection.
Unless you understand the entirety of the solution, your implementation can leave gaps for bots to get through, or an incorrect configuration resulting in hours of frustration.
We hired a scraping expert to adversarially test the various bot prevention solutions (PeremiterX, Radware, etc.) and Datadome did as good or better than the other options that are 10x the price.
We were continuously getting hit by loads of unwanted bots, some of which were very aggressive.
DataDome has a very elegant header enrichment feature, which makes it super easy to integrate bot traffic data into our own server logs and analytics tools.
We originally used a competitor - Distil Networks (now Imperva). Our experience with them was ok, but the management tools were rudimentary and support became so poor we had to give up on them.
DataDome works in the background with no intervention from our team, so it has given us back the freedom to focus on more important things.
The technical support is attentive, responsive and we generally get responses within our timezone on the Australian East Coast. The management portal is intuitive and easy to navigate.
Lastly, the product always continues to improve and DataDome is very keen on getting feedback from customers.
The dashboard provides great flexibility and usability for us to check our data.
The thing we like the most is the fact that it's fire-and-forget. Once it's set up and working, it only requires minimal interaction from users (whitelists, etc.).
We have had little or no false positives. We have a bot protection tool which is easy to administer and which provides us with great insights and reporting.
