C3 Reservations is a cloud-based dock scheduling software that allows businesses to plan, control and optimize all of their dock scheduling operations. The platform offers web-based bookings, an intuitive scheduling interface, flexible constraints, rule-based durations, document upload, and more.

C3 Reservations offers a configurable appointment booking process which can be customized to suit different business requirements, with support for natural language inputs for calculating appointment durations, and automatic enforcement of booking rules.

The web portal allows suppliers and carriers to manage their own appointment requests and provides insight into availability within each time slot. Users can also schedule appointments through the drag-and-drop calendar interface which updates in real time.

C3 Reservations provides a reporting tool for users to generate reports based on any query, with read-only, edit and admin access options available. An integrated quality assurance system allows dock managers to capture details of any faults, and full audits of loads can also be set up and managed.
