StarRate holds all truckload, LTL or intermodal rates, and has the ability to rate all shipments whether per mile, city to city, state to state, 3 digit zip, 5 digit zip, and more. With Constellation TMS, organizations can request, retrieve and manage quotes, and get visibility on all contracted rates and view market quotes in a single view, as well as set parameters.

Users can get shipment status updates from carriers via EDI, API and through the carrier portal, and find every carrier’s status in one place. Constellation TMS comes with tools for document generation, enabling users to generate a BOL (bill of lading) and pallet labels, as well as commercial invoices for Canadian shipments. The multi-modal system can also handle special equipment needs such as reefers, tankers and flatbeds.
