How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

EasyRoutes overview
What is EasyRoutes?
EasyRoutes is a full-stack delivery management platform for businesses operating their own delivery fleets. It handles every stage of the delivery workflow: order ingestion, route optimization, driver dispatch, real-time tracking, customer notifications, proof of delivery, and post-delivery analytics.
INTEGRATION & ORDER INGESTION
EasyRoutes supports order import from a broad range of sources, including a seamless and native platform integration with the Shopify ecosystem. Orders can also be ingested via CSV upload, REST API, or Zapier — enabling integration with virtually any ERP, CRM, order management system, or eCommerce platform. The REST API supports programmatic control over stop creation, route management, delivery status updates, and webhook-based event triggers.
ROUTE OPTIMIZATION ENGINE
The routing engine generates optimized multi-stop routes using real-world traffic data, configurable per-stop delivery time windows, driver capacity constraints (by weight or item count), stop priority settings, toll and U-turn avoidance, and configurable depot start/end locations. Routes can be automatically split across multiple drivers, organized into Route Groups for centralized management, or scoped to custom Delivery Zones — geographic territories drawn on the map or imported via KML file.
WORKFLOW AUTOMATION
EasyRoutes' Workflows feature enables scheduled, recurring route creation. Workflows automatically pull in orders matching defined criteria (time window, zone, tags, order attributes) and generate routes on a configured schedule, eliminating repetitive planning for regular delivery operations.
DRIVER MANAGEMENT & MOBILE APP
Planners assign and dispatch routes to drivers from the EasyRoutes dashboard. Drivers operate from the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver app (iOS and Android), which provides turn-by-turn navigation, per-stop order and customer details, and delivery notes. The app supports proof of delivery collection including photo capture, eSignature, custom notes, EasyRoutes-native barcode scanning (with configurable validation enforcement), and GPS-stamped location confirmation. A GPS proximity warning is triggered when a driver marks a stop complete outside the expected delivery radius, with the exception logged for dispatcher review.
CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS
Automated notifications are sent via SMS and/or email at configurable delivery event triggers. Customers access a branded tracking page with live driver GPS location, real-time ETA, and order details. Modern email templates support custom branding, dynamic order variables, formatted text, hyperlinks, and custom buttons.
ANALYTICS & MONITORING
The delivery analytics dashboard surfaces fleet-wide and per-driver KPIs: on-time delivery rates, average stop duration, completion rates, and historical delivery trends. The real-time activity feed provides a live event log across all active routes. Historical proof of delivery records — photos, signatures, barcodes, GPS data — are stored and accessible for post-delivery review.
SECURITY & ACCESS
All platform data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. EasyRoutes supports multi-user access for administrators, dispatchers, and drivers.
Key benefits of using EasyRoutes
Optimized Multi-Stop Routing — Generate the most efficient routes in seconds. The engine accounts for real-time traffic, time windows, stop priorities, driver capacity (weight and item count), toll/U-turn avoidance, and depot locations.
Delivery Zones — Draw or import custom geographic territories (KML supported). EasyRoutes automatically filters orders to the correct zone when generating routes — ideal for multi-driver fleets with defined service areas.
Smart Route Splitting & Route Groups — Automatically divide orders across any number of drivers based on capacity and zone. Organize multi-route operations into Route Groups for centralized dispatch and monitoring.
Workflow Automation — Schedule recurring route creation on configurable cadences. Workflows auto-populate with matching orders defined by zone, time window, tags, or other attributes — eliminating daily repetitive planning.
Driver Mobile App (iOS & Android) — Dispatch routes to drivers' phones with turn-by-turn navigation, per-stop order and customer details, delivery notes, and one-tap status updates.
Proof of Delivery — Collect photos, e-signatures, typed notes, GPS-stamped confirmations, and EasyRoutes-native barcode scans. Enforce barcode validation before drivers can complete stops. GPS proximity warnings flag exceptions for dispatcher review.
Branded Customer Notifications — Automated SMS and email delivery updates at every stage. Customers track orders on a fully branded page with live driver location and real-time ETA. Modern templates support logos, colors, dynamic variables, and custom formatting.
Packing Slips & Labels — Auto-generate route-specific packing documents and labels with configurable layouts and EasyRoutes-native barcodes for warehouse and driver validation.
Real-Time Driver Tracking — Monitor all active drivers on a live map. Access historical route playback and per-driver event timelines.
Delivery Analytics — Track on-time rates, delivery durations, completion trends, and driver performance across your fleet.
Activity Feed — A live log of all delivery events across active routes: status updates, proof of delivery captures, proximity warnings, and exceptions.
REST API & Zapier — Full REST API with webhook support. Zapier templates for no-code automation connecting EasyRoutes to hundreds of third-party tools.
