What is EZDispatch?
EZDispatch is a cloud-based transport management software designed to help small to midsize carriers and brokers create shipments and dispatch the driver via EZcheck-In which provides GPS-validated event timestamps after every completed task.
The application enables supervisors to plan various stops, manage multiple customers and modes and handle relays. EZDispatch lets workers record hours of service (HOS) and proof of delivery (POD) of every shipment and stop. It also allows administrators to locate vehicles and drivers in real-time through GPS tracking. Drivers can control their tracking via start/stop functionality and apply on-break pauses according to requirements.
EZDispatch helps users record every load, event, and route on a centralized database. The software sends dock wait alerts to drivers, manage exceptions using push notifications, informs the staff about the next load. Employees can disprove late arrival penalties with correct timestamps. It also offers integration with the third-party accounting application QuickBooks.
