Forget everything, forget the fluff, forget the prices, the ease of use, functionality and integrations, it plays a second fiddle to the fantastic branding and amazing customer service.

We have always lost money when it comes to shipping our products, not any more.

The first time I did a refund and had a balance I was confused as to how that worked and where to check my balance. I have since figured it out, but it was not the most direct way.

The Price & The Features are amazing. For a starter, this is a great option for a new brokerage since you can have up to 2 users for FREE on the Ascend platform.

Also -- with them being partnered with TriumphPay - it was been a lifesaver and timesaver for us. And the price is really great -  as a start up -- it's a little tight with revenue and expenses.

Ascend DOES have the feature available, but Truckstop.com charges so much to give you the integration code.

It's not 100% set up for mobile devices. You can access it and do simple changes but any complex changes or adds will be difficult done on a mobile device.
