One feature that another routing app does not have is a dashboard of all dispatched routes which in turn allows you to dispatch a route before the first one is complete.

What we like least about Spoke is that there is no native integration with WhatsApp, which is essential for last‑mile communication in our market.

By adding stopps manual to each route and by having a full overview to each driver in livetime we can save time.

There is a spot to import an estimated time at each stop, although it is difficult to collect that data aside in the field. If there was a way to find the difference from the arrival time to the time the user clicks "Navigate" to the next stop, that would be an excellent way to get an idea of how long a driver is at a particular stop.
