I shipped a few dozen packages with Shippo and although the price was low as soon as I had a claim with Disc Drives that filed during shipping I discovered the Insurance exception that they will not pay for any damage claim unless the damage is visible externally.

It seems glitchy, we've entered our products and each time they come into shippo, it should be selecting the package size and the shipping carrier and speed, but sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't.

What I like most is the tracking info for customers, rates and ease of creating labels.

Once my post office rejected a label because it didn't have a second barcode on it for a Priority Express shipment.

Their customer service is eager to help out if there are any website problems or syncing problems and can be reached at any time.  

The integration is a two-way connection, so that once an order is shipped, it shows as  shipped with tracking information in our various marketplace apps and websites.

I fulfill domestic orders differently from international orders and the system doesn't give me a simple way to separate the two categories. But that very small feature would require a lot of customization and for the size of my business it's not the kind of customization that would pay off.

The integrations with all of my sales channels make it so easy, when I receive an order anywhere, I can just log in to Shippo and in one click print the label and pack slip, or I can adjust any details, including adding insurance, customs information for international orders, or shipping carrier.

Even if you have not hit the buy button, once you save signature and insurance, that label is save, so if you go back to alter anything, it will not adjust the price to reflect any change you have made.

There are many automatic connections, but if it gets a bit more exotic, you have to create your own CSV and upload it manually (if you can't / don't want to use the API).

They negotiated rates with me then after I paid 2 invoices which was what we had agreed the next invoices had a bunch of hidden charges.

A total disgrace of a company, I would advise to only use them if you want to pay double your negotiated rate, be hounded by debt collectors and have your Amazon business suspend repeatedly.

With sendcloud, not only did we get the most competitive price out there, I also got praise from my customers across Europe since now they have  better prices and more "weight freedom" with their shipment (up to 20 kilos keeping the same price).

I can easily send my orders with sendcloud, the address of my customers are automatically appearing at my sendcloud dashboard.

Sendcloud also allows us to print all labels at once, even if they're not from the same provider (e.g PostNL or DHL).

There are some useful features in the large shop plan such as pack & go and widgets but the quota is too high for us currently and the price is slightly too expensive.

One price for orders between € 0,- and € 39,-, another price for orders between € 40,- and € 79,- and free shipping over € 80,-. And I wish it was cheaper to send via SendCloud but it costs the same as when I go to the postoffice.

The integration with WooCommerce makes SendCloud so great for me. Once an order has arrived, all I need to do is click on create label and print it.

I like the seamless integration with WooCommerce; as soon as an order is received, the label is available for printing.

The support was terrible and when you decide not to work with them any more, that is when the bills start coming in.
