Shippo is a web-based, multi-carrier eCommerce shipping solution which allows users to connect a variety of carriers, compare rates in real time, print shipping labels, manage returns, and track packages from dispatch to delivery.
Shippo can be integrated with a wide range of shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL Express, Canada Post, Yodel, Parcelforce, and more. Users can access discounts and compare rates across multiple carriers in real time to determine the best deal for their outgoing packages. Orders can be imported directly from eCommerce platforms through a variety of native integrations, or users can upload CSV files of orders to prevent manual data entry errors. The built-in address validation system can check global addresses to avoid failed deliveries due to invalid or incomplete addresses. Custom packing slips, shipping labels, and returns labels can be generated and printed directly from within Shippo, and users can also create custom-branded tracking pages for customers to track their packages.
Shippo can send out tracking information to customers via email, and detailed shipping information can also be provided online through the branded tracking page. Customers can access information including shipping service, carrier details, tracking histories with locations, times, and package status, and both the original and updated estimated time of arrival (ETA). Packages created outside Shippo can also be tracked, and users can purchase standalone returns labels for these packages.
