What I like most about this software is the ability to allow multiple users to access the portal at the same time, along with the ability to track returns for customer which allows our company to process refunds in a timely matter.

I'm pretty sure they're going to start hemorrhaging customers left and right, or at least customers who ship a lot of items like ourselves.

The automation of shipments allows for quick shipping of orders.

We needed a software that would handle shipper pricing amalgamation and would allow us to just put in an address and print a label.

We sometimes use the fancier features, but ShipRush helped make our daily grind much easier. If we end up needing to integrate into a web store database, we know we can always grow.

I also find when putting in the sizes of my box (i.e., 18x10x8) - the "0" is not being recognized as a "10" - so I have to change it to an "11".

The tracking in ShipRush doesn't qualify easily for claims when the carriers lose or damage products.

I don't have anything I like least about this software but if I had to be picky id say the fact that we are not able to customize the email being sent to customers from Quantum View.

We have a lot of problems with their “cloud” and printing and when it detached itself from your network it creates a lot of havoc. Once it does it takes 15-30 minutes to get it back online

The 1800- number for help is an overseas call center and nobody has the tech expertise to fix anything; they have to call someone else so you are waiting for them to ask someone else for answers.  

Stamps is the leader in innovating such a moderately older concept of mailing services and brings a complete alternative to the table!

Since I first started using stamps.com, in the late 90s, it has been my go-to for printing my labels/mailers for mailing packages.

Every inquiry is a 2-3 day turnaround for an answer, in which you may not receive a resolution at all.

Last October 2024, Stamps.com had a major revision to their website.  

Also wished that it integrated FedEx as well.

For all of our daily postage needs the software is helpful.   While the discount is good, the supplies needed for special services (labels for Certified, Register, and Certified Return receipt are costly.  

We use this product to send our letters to our clients, employees, and partners in the most convenient way easily to anywhere in the United States.

If it miss-prints, you are still charged and then you have to get it refunded

Avoiding a trip to the post office is the main reason for using Stamps.com, but that's the only pro.

We use them frequently for business and we have had no issues with them.

I think they sometimes can be overpriced with certain things but that's not always a huge deal.

It makes up for it with cheaper shipping labels on the fly. When there are alternatives that help streamline the shipping process this makes Stamps.com use a minimum only when needed.  

Their password recovery procedure doesn’t work.

The features I like and use the most on Stamps.com are the shipping and tracking features.

It's low-profile and attractive, but it never settles on a final reading; I tested it with many different objects, all within its specified weight range.

We bought one new thermal label printer and it is awesome!
