What is SmartTracker?

SmartTracker is a web-based cloud-hosted purchase order status tracking and in-transit visibility tool. SmartTracker provides real-time information for ordered material from start to finish: estimated delivery date, ready-to-ship date, actual shipment date(s) with tracking information, on-site final receipt date, and any issues with material packaging, quality, or quantity. The tool allows for collaboration between vendors, expeditors, end-users, and project managers having access to view and enter information.

SmartTracker includes data import/export functionality that helps with order tracking prioritization and can assist with vendor and carrier management efforts.

SmartTracker supports 2d and 3d barcoding at vendor shipment and/or client receiving locations.
