TrakIT enables businesses to set up and track KPIs, data fields, events, and other metrics related to shipments. The solution allows users to group the data fields and share the details with customers. The software also helps to track container location and calculate demurrage charges when the container overstays at a particular facility. TrakIT sends automated emails and text messages to customers and other stakeholders about the status of their consignments. The system also sends automated reports in CSV, HTML, and MS-Excel format to each customer at regular intervals to provide detailed statuses of all shipments.
TrakIT has a centralized document repository to store shipment documents such as delivery orders, payment receipts, status updates, and email communication. Organizations can upload these documents and share them with the customers or provide role-based access rights to their employees. The application offers customizable templates that can be used to create trucking order forms, customs declarations, and other forms for audit purposes.
TrakIT offers additional features such as interactive reports, dashboard charts, hierarchy access control, self-service portal, and automated alerts. The solution is available in English, French, and Spanish and can also be customized to support other languages.
