We wish that their UPS rates were as competitive as their USPS rates but you can always upload your UPS account if you have one and get your own negotiated rates.

I like the porting of the addresses and it also marks my orders shipped and sends my customer the tracking # and adds it to the order history automatically.

Being able to build an address book of customers is also a helpful feature.

There also is not the ability to print many labels at once. If I send 10 packages, I have to load 5 label sheets (2 labels per sheet) then flip them halfway through.

The API that auto-fills the fields for shipping is a close second.

The message written in the "message" field doesn't automatically clear out with each new shipment so messages can accidentally carry over to every shipment after if not manually cleared out.

I haven't taken the time to see yet if my UPS account fully integrates without an extra fee from UPS.   When I was first using the UPS integration, I had an extra fee from UPS, so I stopped using the UPS integration.

XPS offers all the features I need, and if I have feature requests or questions I can call them up and a real human always answers the phone to help me.

I like the ability to upload spreadsheets in order to batch multiple shipping labels at the same time with ease.

You get a 1800 number and someone picks up immediately and is able to solve nearly all problems. If they charged for customer support rather than hiding a 3% credit card fee, we probably would have stayed.

I have challenged XPS several times to offer high value special handling as does UPS when the insured value is higher than $2000.00.

I would be in favor of revising the system to a variety of colors defining how long an order has been listed on the shipping list.  

I didn't realize how the void/rebooking a shipment worked and that there was a limited window of time before you could not be refunded for an order.

I really wish that XPS had greater analytics or reporting into our shipping costs, common shipping locations, etc.  

Wish that integration with Shopify included dimensions as well as weight, as dimensional pricing supersedes weight.

I don't understand why there is a rule like this.   Since we use Amazon and ebay's to purchase shipping labels via UPS and it's all under accounts, not ours.

Hated the FedEx integration aspect; the billing was abysmal -- over 1 month late and by that time, it was very difficult to contest charges that should not have been charged to us.  

This is user friendly and any single time I have had an issue (usually an APO or international label) or with adding funds/purchasing a label, and have used the 800 number, the customer service has been quick and fabulous!

I have had an overall good experience with XPS Ship, very convenient and I can ship from anywhere.

I find it very difficult to match shipments posted to my credit card as the ShipTime ID# is not shown on the credit card statement.
