Pros
We have been using ShipTime on a daily basis for years and it is one of a kind. It is very easy to use and the customer service is outstanding.
I like that i can compare carriers, which now even includes my Canada Post account. I feel like i can shop around in one place and find the best price for the service that i want.
ShipTime is easy to navigate, and the different shipping company rates are easy to identify to pick which is best for each shipment.
Cons
Horribe Customer Service, Terrible Experience on all fronts.
I am unaware of an option to have notifications sent to my email for parcel tracking and delivery.
Lack of communication in regards to issues with shipments.

Discovered through CFIB

Pros

Since being introduced to Shiptime through CFIB we have consolidated all of our shipping through the Shiptime portal which has significantly reduced costs and allowed us to manage the expense of freight

Cons

The integration with other shippers is coming! Canada Post was recently added but to add Purolator it still seems like a work in progress

satisfaction with shiptime

really good. Rarely do we have issues and mostly resolved fast with customer service.

Pros

Easy to create shipping labels, tracking and pricing.

Cons

There are certain carriers that will not honor what we have purchased and.... Not a software issue but still an issue since we are purchasing transport and carriers dont honor their service. We have banished some carriers from our possibility.

Il est facile d'avoir un devis rapide juste en entrant le code postal.

Cons

L'intégration avec Shopify est loin d'être aussi simple qu'avec Machool. Faire un étiquette à partir des infos d'une commande est pratiquement impossible pour Shopify, alors que les autres plateformes chargent les informations avec simplicité.

I love this as it offers many different shipping methods and is great for prices. Super great customer service.
