Overall, this is a great multimedia tool to provide you excellent studio quality sound. And above all, it is worth every dime that you spend to achieve the projects that pros only can. But not anymore, beginners alike can have that same output with a few hours of getting to know this software's full potential.
I like Adobe Auditions for its professional looking interface and easy to understand functionalities. I've used a few comparable products already and nothing beats its interface, which even a beginner can digest right away. Although it takes time to 'unlock' the other tricks hidden in this gem of a software, it's always worth the time sitting down and exploring it. This is seamless in handling multiple...
Like most high end software in the multimedia category, this demands high memory and CPU power, to provide you that seamless experience. So far that is the only thing I noticed and haven't encountered any bugs in the software.

17 years using this for audio production for radio and podcasts. I have thought it in college and students love it once they get used to it. It is simply a genius piece of software and you can transform audio that is of low quality with a few tweaks here and there.
Whether you are looking for a simple audio edit or a complex multitrack session Adobe Audition has it all. I've been using this since it was called Cool Edit Pro in 2004 and it only gets better with age. Once you get part the overwhelming feature rich UX you are going to love this software.
It does have quite an extensive amount of features and therefore it can have quite a steep learning curve. Probably not the best software for the none techie who isn't intimidated by loads of buttons and options. Apart from this, I love Audition.

Adobe Tryout is strong, cross-stage sound altering programming that is in its very own class. For instance, Tryout has specific devices for tidying up or reestablishing sound and offers accuracy, nondestructive altering for corporate and business video, just as webcasts.
Solid sound reclamation, sound-expulsion, and clamor decrease instruments. Great sound system waveform proofreader. Helpful representation devices. Sticks to film and transmission guidelines for sound.
Needs MIDI help. Just accessible through a costly month to month membership.

I really love the array of tools at your disposal in Audition. Audition is a powerful tool and has everything you might possibly need to manipulate audio. Whether it be individual audio files or crafting a multitrack file, Audition has your back with effects and tools like match loudness, delay and echo, pitch corrector, and so much more. You truly get a lot for the money.
As with all things, if you aren't running this software on a computer that can handle it, you may be in trouble. I have tried to run Audition on some of my previous laptops and Audition would quit or I'd get the spinning wheel of death and it would lock up on me.

Someone told me that she couldn't belive that I have the audacity to speak very highly about this program. She felt it was too hard to use. To me, I probably don't have too much audacity though, because I switched from the open source sound editor, Audacity, to this work of art. If you're a user of the Adobe Creative Cloud package, this is a simple, natural choice. You can take control of every aspect...
There are several methods for editing audio. This is the best I've experienced for noise reduction!
Ok I want to be fair, I've never done a tutorial on the use of Audition. I'm a kind of open-and-use kinda guy. But it took me much longer to figure some stuff out, than other packages. Do a tutorial, read a manual or a blog post, and get up and running much faster than I did.

I'll be loyal to the end because Adobe audition has been loyal to me from the beginning.
The compression results after conversions are done has no known competitors that currently challenge Adobe audition for the top honor.
Sometimes it lags a bit and eats a lot of your processor speeds and performance drops if project is a bit too big.

my experience is that it has allowed me to be a good professional manager
I like the most in adobe audition autotun (vocoder) it is true that it is not easy to use at the beginning but with time it will go
What I don't like most about this software is that it's very heavy and takes up a lot of RAM space, and it's also difficult to manipulate at first, which was my case

Adobe Audition has incredible presets and effects that make editing so easy. Plus, learning the shortcuts and the ability to create your own shortcuts, makes editing quick.
The price. $20 feels pretty steep. I wish there was an option to buy the software outright and then pay an upgrade fee for newer versions.

It is loaded with features and settings which scale with the experience of the client. Adobe Audition is truly astounding programming which helps to eliminate distortions, enhance the sound and upgrade the vocals, it covers pretty much every element for sound engineering
I like its advantageous and natural interface with multifunctional and numerous settings. It helps me to normalize the and eliminate spikes of high noise or increasing the volume in zones that sound too low, it surely helps me save a lot of time with the help of shortcuts imbedded in Adobe Audition.
It requires a powerful computer and it has a high ram consumption

it's a great tool for recording and mixing audio, very practical and compatible with the adobe suite.
is the leading audio recording and mixing tool on the market. This tool lets you record and adjust multi-track sessions, so you can then manipulate audio tracks directly in Première Pro.

I used it after a while of using Adobe Premiere because I needed effects on the sound and this is about 4 years of using it .
After putting a lot of effort into video editing in adding effects and other plugins, we have to finish the video with an audio engineering that is very beautiful , , so that the listener is impressed by the beauty and clarity of the sound, and here I must mention the wonderful program, which is Adobe Audition. The program allows you to add a myriad of effects to the sound, let me mention a few of...
It is difficult at first to get used to the user interface until you master it over time, also find the effects you want. But whatever we do every day will become something unforgettable in this life .

I've used Audition for the past 5 years to record and produce my podcast, Feasting on Design. During that time, the ability to record, edit, and master audio files have come a long way. By no means am I an expert in every facet of Audition, but I've been able to master the basics of what I need to do to produce the podcast.
The ability to record, edit, correct sound, and gain issues has made my life as a podcaster so much easier. I'm able to produce my podcast and master it using a single platform. The audio editing tools alone are worth the price, but when you add in noise reduction, and several other features you have a powerhouse of a program that is capable of so much more than I could ever dream of.
There can be a steep learning curve if you aren't familiar with non-linear editing. Learning to utilize the tools that I needed required a bit of research. It would be nice if Adobe set up a tutorial library geared toward different users from hobbyists to pro-level users.

Adobe Audition has taken me leaps and bounds beyond what I knew was possible to edit audio & video audio. What would have taken me hours to do manually with trial and error, under the proper settings reduces that time to minutes. The ability to remember and create presets for specific projects and workflows now saves me so much time as I support our areas with their audio needs as well as allows a one-person team to still offer creative elements within a possible timeframe.
In my context, I mainly use Adobe Audition to process audio from video for final projects. I would say one of the best tools I utilize has been the remix function for our context of needing to create a backing track to a specific file. Audition is incredible in that you can choose your needed length and it will remix the file to +/- 5 seconds - this has been huge in our production flow. Previously I would have to manually find cuts and paste and work for 15-20 minutes which now is handled in under 30 seconds!
There was a large learning curve, because the software is so robust. At first it was overwhelming - I knew it was capable of but often did not know the terms for specific settings. I would not fully say this is a negative, but rather an opportunity to be aware for those who do not have a background in audio. It can be challenging to find the setting buried in the list of options.

Overall, it has been a great experience. The pros overcome the cons and I love the software. I have been using it more almost 14 years now.
Noise reduction and mastering the audio are the best features that I have discovered in Adobe Audition. I work with field audios that are associated with a lot of noise most of the time. Audition comes in handy to remove the background noises and cleaning the audio for using live on the radio. There are other options that I use such as improving the audio by using different effects. My favorites are vocal enhancer, bass booster, batch rendering, and equalizers.
The multi-track module is not as good as other software like Sony Vegas. I think the multi-track sessions can use some improvement.

Audition is not the best overall DAW for film/tv, but it is powerful enough to get the job done in the interconnected Audio Creative Cloud environment.
Audition has grown as a DAW in the years that it has been around. Its interface has held steady, while it has added and refined features. Most common audio tasks are easily accomplished, and there's a nice blend of templates and customization for many features. Easily, the best thing about Audition is its ease in round-tripping from other CC applications, especially Premiere. Premiere has an okay set of audio tools, but not the depth of Audition. Dynamic linking makes it incredibly easy to open up working items directly from Premiere into Audition, and work on the two in tandem. Audition's file management is also helpful in this process, so that original audio files are not overwritten in the process.
Many have noted this, but Audition does not quite have the depth or industry penetration as Pro Tools. That often means that working between the two different programs can add layers of complexity.

I use Audition to edit audios I use in my project works, both for Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. It works quite easy for me since I just click from inside any of the other adobe software to edit the audio in Audition, and once I save the changes in Audition, it reflects in the original location. I also use it to do some audio mix and add effects to the audio. More like an extended and more professional version of the audio editing panel inside Adobe Premiere Pro. Any sort of audio manipulation I intend to do, Adobe Audition is the perfect solution
As an Adobe fan, I love the fact that it integrates well with other Adobe software I use. The interface is beautiful, all effects are well segmented for easy navigation. The flexibility it gives is quite adorable, it means it's useful for both novices and professionals alike.
The major problem we have with Adobe is the expensiveness of its products. It would also seem a little too technical for newbies to the software, but like every other Adobe software, practice and more practice helps to get used to it.

I record the voice overs for my audio projects (audio books, narration, commercials etc) and easily mix them with music and sound effects. The plugins integration helps me finish all the editing work in one interface , rather than using multiple ones.
1. The punch in recording feature ( a huge time saver). 2. Seamless integration with Izotope RX plugins. 3. A very handy and huge time saving feature to clean/lower all breaths in one audio file with the push of a button. Careful not to overdo it, experiement and check your file, to make sure you do not lose audio data.
I am not fond of the monthly subscription. I prefer to have a lifetime license (like before). In terms of interface, in the beginning Audition looks quite intimidating; there are many little options and bits and pieces everywhere to discover and understand. But, with patience you can figure them out in a few projects. The more you practice, the better you get.

Adobe audition has a lot of features when it comes to audio editing and it is also a professional standard. it also has an amazing library for support, lots of tutorials online and its features can be extended through plugins
You need to go through lots of tutorials before you can start using it, so its not great for beginners and apart from that, it is a great audio editing software

Overwall I have LOVED Adobe Audition. I use it to sweeten/enhance my audio on nearly every project that I have. Perfect for removing annoying background noise and not to difficult for new users to understand.
Adobe Audition is a MUST have for anyone doing Audio Video editing. While you can use Adobe Audition with many various editing software, Audition works best when used with other Adobe programs. With Adobe Creative Cloud Audition easily transfers and connects with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro...etc to allow you to keep your work flow while also making changes to your audio. The straight forward set up is easy to learn and perfect for beginners and expierenced audio users.
The only downside that I have expierenced in my workflow is that sometimes in order to utilize other plugins or advance systems, you may have to do extra steps to keep in line with te Adobe workflow.

Is really great, I edit my podcast there, I made a short intro jingle for my videos and also edit voice over for video production
What I like the most about using Adobe Audition is its integration with Adobe Premiere, it makes it really easy to work together and link the audios on my videos.
At the beggining I had some trouble to understand the interface but after seeing some of the tutorials Adobe offers I improve my skills on it

Love this software so much. Been using Adobe Audition for years and it hasn't failed me yet. I love it's versatility. I don't believe any other software will bring me this much satisfaction. It works even on slow computers and provides you quality sounds and edits.
I don't like that audio preferences doesn't switch automatically but other than that I have no issues with Adobe Audition.

Its been a great tool for our weekly podcasts. It delivers professional-quality podcasts. I highly recommend it.
It is a pretty stable software, good at eliminating distortions, adding sound effects, and producing high-quality podcasts with studio sound quality. It is easy to integrate with other tools and allows for fast export. It is rich in features and once you've mastered it, there's so much value that one can derive from it.
For new users, it may be difficult to navigate at the beginning due to its advanced functionality. The price is steep but the quality of the work is worth it.

The lower the value the faster the recording playback. accordingly, the higher the cursor on the slider, the slower the sound you will get the same effect as slowing down your voice or recording in general. In fact, all you have to do is select the desired value on the slider click apply to accept all changes and then export your file to the desired folder on your computer.
high-quality set of filters flexible and accurate editing and preview tools debugging allows you to correct and edit the audio for videos and podcasts allows you to create new sound effects there are all the necessary tools for professional processing of tracks Ability to edit audio in a separate window
very expensive high system requirements Some formats are not supported by standard, such as Apple QuickTime.
