The platform includes core content management features such as user management to control admin rights, create user roles, and manage permissions; an image gallery with categories, auto-generated thumbnails, ratings and comments; and a file sharing application to upload and distribute files. For marketing capabilities, Cloudrexx offers email marketing to create and send newsletters as well as a news application to publish articles and announcements.
The software also provides several productivity features including digital asset management to organize, describe and share files in customizable download sections. Form builder enables creating custom contact, application and support forms to capture visitor information. Media archives store unused assets while the search function quickly locates files and content.
Additional capabilities catered for events and outreach consist of an event calendar that manages registrations and promotions and a sitemap application.
