Your visitors are always greeted kindly and professionally when you use digital receptionist software. Your visitor registration is always up to date, and your visitors are no longer required to wait in line.

Instructions in detail:

* In Outlook/Gmail, make an appointment and invite your visitor by entering their email address. Include the email address for digital reception as well. Appointments can also be made through the CMS.

* Your invitee will receive an email from the Digital Reception with a unique number (code). Your visitor is greeted by the digital receptionist, who asks them to check in by pressing the check-in button. The visitor's email code will then be requested by the digital receptionist.

* If the visitor does not have a code, they enter their full name, email address, and phone number (optionally), as well as the person they are visiting. The application will generate a unique code for them.

* The visitor has been identified! The arrival of your visitor will be communicated to you immediately. When the visitor leaves the building, he or she presses the check-out button and enters the check-in code once more. Package or meal deliverers do not need a code to report a meal or parcel delivery; simply select the appropriate person on the screen. Of course, you will be notified when they arrive.
