Integrations rated by users
We looked at 3,489 user reviews to identify which products are mentioned as GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) integrations and how users feel about them.
Integration rating: 4.6 (7)
“So a major plus for gimp is that though it doesn't have a cloud of it own software, it is easily used with other platforms that do other things. You can in import Adobe AI or Inkscape for vector graphics and you can also take worked images and take them to other platforms or software and you should be fine. Most fonts from gimp will read in other platforms just fine. Not all fonts will be received as well but you still can import to Gimp and be in okay shape. I would say good to send from and to receive pictures or graphics but not the best for text bearing documents. ”
“I remove the backgrounds in images in GIMP and transfer to Inkscape to design the graphics.”

“Along with great customer support and tutorials, the interface on GIMP is much easier to get the hang of for beginners and the more time that you put into learning the various functions, the more GIMP grows with your skill level and on top of providing various tutorials, the GIMP community is one of the best communities that I have ever interacted with.”

“I also must admit that GIMP works transparencies like a champ. But their most possitive asset is their friendly and helpful community, with people enhancing and designing plugins, providing tutorials and help all free of any cost, to the extent that the users are the first providers of customer support.”

Leon C.
IT Recruiter
“The cons of Gimp are few, it does not have support although it has created a community that fulfills that function, the functions are limited compared to photoshop, it does not have support for CMYK image.”
