Typeform is an incredible tool for testing out ways to disguise data capture / lead gathering as something that is providing actual value to the user. It's not a request for advertising proposals, it is a "campaign builder". It is not an online order form, it is a "savings calculator." Essentially, you can leverage the slick UX to make the users think their inputs are causing something to "happen" behind the scenes. This capability is further supported by Typform's intuitive UI for building logic and calculations into the form. Typeform lets you increase inbound leads and try out ideas for larger (custom dev) web projects with minimal time commitment at a very attractive price point.
Typform's fancy/expensive looking UX is its absolute selling point. It isn't the most flexible form builder in the world, but it does what it does well and it looks great doing it. The developers clearly recognized the massive amount of custom webapp development that was going into making – essentially – slick, expensive-looking multi-step forms and decided they should just make a webapp for making slick, expensive-looking multi-step forms.
It is definitely not the most robust solution in terms of functionality. It only has a couple options for how your forms will look, it only has a few integrations for what your forms can do... and that is largely by design. This isn't the Gravity Forms wordpress plugin. This is a specialized tool for leveraging slick UX to make crude data capture masquerade as something more sophisticated.

Fun to use forms software which is unfortunately outside my current budget restraints but I can't wait until I have a client I can bill for it.
It's easy to build beautifully designed and powerful forms and survey with integrated photos and videos and even allowing uploads. The forms are addictive and fun to use and have proven to consistently increase lead acquisitions.
Expensive for the pro version which you will need after you're done trying the software out. The free tier is for tinkering only. No WordPress integration which baffles me. LastForm is a WordPress plugin that piggybacks on Gravity Forms but it's no replacement for LastForm. If you've fallen in love with what Typeform can do you have no serious alternatives especially considering that the dev of Lastform has stopped supporting the plugin.

I use Typeform to submit satisfaction forms, reviews and opinions. The conversion rate of completed forms is much higher than with other types of forms.
Filling out forms with Typeform can be fun. They are dynamic and with many different configurations. As a form manager I also have to say that it's very easy to set them up and program them to receive the answers.
The API is not very advanced, made of less certain important functionalities for my business. Also the designs are very nice but sometimes they do not fit correctly to the mobile.

Fast beautiful forms
I love the look of these forms that are created, it's easy to brand, easy to create and very
PRICE, it's too effing expensive. I would be happy to pay for the PRO pricing, but you don't get the feature of sending a completed form visitor to a thank you page unless you pay PRO++ pricing which is too expensive. I see no benefit for doing the pro pricing, so I'm back on the free (which is fantastic btw)

Overall, it has made putting forms together a joy rather than a pain.
I struggled to find an easy way to make forms that weren't overwhelming. I love how typeform breaks forms down one step at a time. The forms look gorgeous too.
Sometimes the forms don't embed well on Wordpress, and some of the tracking and filtering of past forms is not intuitive.

Typeform is what we have been looking for FOR YEARS. We have a complex questionnaire that we need our clients to fill out and this has made the experience so much easier for our clients and staff. The logic jumps are a GAME CHANGER. The user interface is clean and modern. LOVE THIS PROGRAM.
Customizable forms with so many options! Easy to use for basic forms - somewhat easy to learn for complex forms. Logic jumps to simplify and personalize forms for a positive user experience Ability to integrate videos, photos, and more
There is no phone support - only email support. Response time from a representative can take a couple of days. The logic jumps can get a little complex and have a bit of a learning curve if you are making complex forms - but it is doable!

If you want to have customization in your forms and are tired of the excessive simplicity that Google Forms offers, go for Typeform.
The customization it brings to the table - one will feel super confident creating forms using the platform - thanks to the flexibility it offers!
The free version has some serious limitations (like the number of responses) compared to Google Forms. It would take some time, too, to get acclimatized.

I love Typeform but the recent change of limiting the maximum number of responses for the free version is not a nice move. Till now I have spend more and more time to understand type form better and even considered paying in the future. However now having only 100 Responses before I pay, I won't be even able to calculate Stat Sig results from one type form to another to proof the value first. This basically forces me to chose another provider like google forms or Mailchimp forms because I am not able to test the value first before I can start spending on the Typeform which I love.
-Great Design -Great User Experience -Nice underdog of forms next to google forms, survey monkey, etc...
-Pricing Model (pay after 100 responses and no step in between USD0 and USD30 per month) -Customer/sales support

Typeform is the best online form-builder I've ever used. Build professional forms of any complexity
Typeform is my favorite online forms tool. It empowers you to build robust, beautifully designed forms with complex logic. It's extremely easy to build forms & extract submissions. Form submitters have a wonderful experience completing the intuitive forms. You can't go wrong with Typeform!
I have zero complaints about Typeform. It's awesome. I'd recommend Typeform to anyone, for any use-case.

Ask our costumers about their feelings or opinions.
As a user or administrator I love the forms made with Typeform. It's good looking, have a great UX, and features like no other forms, like logical jumps and calculations, which are much scarce or harder to use on another softwares.
As a free user, it's too limited (on number of respondents and forms or on features). So options like Google Forms are more attractive.

Typeform just allows me to build really beautiful and robust forms!
I love how nice looking the forms are. Beautifully designed forms encourage more people to fill them out.
Sometimes, in the form builder, it is not super intuitive. But overall this is a really great product.

Excellent web forms with increased conversion rates.
I love this product - the forms are clean and clear, making them very easy to use. Our conversion rates have increased a fair amount since replacing our old website forms.
The cheaper paid for subscriptions could be more feature rich. The customisation features could also be expanded.

With Typeform, We can create forms very quickly and get the outputs in an organized way. You can start with Typeform for creating effective survey forms.
I most like the feature is the user interface of Typeform. We can do file transfer very easily through Typeform. We get data in an organized way from Typeform.
API integration is not there in Typeform which is required. There is less predefined form are there in Typeform, require more templates for the same.

Creating forms with drag and drop feature is nice. Conditional logic can be done in these forms to make it dynamic
Card view looks nice for viewer to fill the form but only for fewer data collection. abandonment form data should be provided.

The solution is simple, easy and intuitive. It doesn't have many secrets, anyone who accesses it can handle it easily! The automation when creating forms is also a differential, the suggestions of question templates are spot on.
It could have more features, especially for customizing the forms.

I never thought forms can get to this level of perfection ever. Their amazing design make us appear professional before our clients.
They should add more features so that we can fully rely on them in making our forms and surveys instead of using others like google forms or survey monkey.

Excellent user interface for online and mobile friendly forms which is proven to increase survey and sales engagement due to being a good user experience. Web forms reinvented.
The most beautifully designed online cross platform forms which will increase engagement and response rates because quite simply, they don't suck to use! Web forms are frustrating to use, especially on mobile devices, Typeforms are not. There are excellent features to survey people in a more innovative and direct questioning way rather than monotonous and monolithic forms. People respond better to Typeforms based on our survey results. Payment integrations and conditional fields make this great for selling complex products, such as in our case medical consultations which benefit from some data gathering before the event.
Very expensive for a SAAS product. Bearing in mind that you usually integrate it with some other SAAS product as either a data store or action / charge mechanism it adds up fast. Really limited free tier in both scale (responses) and feature set. The reporting features could be better for the price and are a bit too dependent on exporting as a spreadsheet.

It's an excellent tool for quickly and easily creating forms.
I find Typeform incredibly user-friendly, with an intuitive interface that allows me to create forms in just a few clicks and customize them to match my website's style. I'm also impressed with the range of features such as logic jumps and skip logic, plus the helpful customer service team who are always on hand to answer my questions.
There isn't anything I dislike about this product.

We love creating new forms and seeing how much fun we can make them. This is a great platform and is a must have!
The customization and flow of forms makes forms more engaging and easier to complete. We have noticed more individuals filling out forms once we switched to Typeform due to the uniqueness and not overwhelming the individual with all the questions at once.
There was a bit of a learning curve when creating new forms. Changing an existing template when you are creating a new form will alter any saved forms using that template. The system should send a notification informing you if you make changes it will change other forms using that template.
